I came in yesterday with my grandma and was given the best service. It was from a young man, I think Imran? Something like that. He showed us where we had to go and where we could find certain items as we were new to Australia. 10/10 customer service.

Small but soooo sooo welcoming and extremely friendly staff. Something that sparks a country town feel and soo much nostalgia here!

Check your receipts. 3 items incorrectly priced and I was overcharged by a hefty amount. One is a mistake. 3 isn’t a coincidence.

Always great service. Prices are reasonable. Support the local businesses. They always have something on for main events eg christmas, easter etc.

Well, what a great day for some Christmas fun, the new space at the front of the shops is the perfect space for community days like this.

So lucky to have such an amazing grocery store at the palm of our hands in Hillside. Never has this supermarket been so fantastic until its recent owners took over. The meat is A1 and very very reasonably priced too. Lots of variety of specialty foods too.

Very dirty place, I got diarrhea and vomited. Don't ever go there.they sell rotten food this place should close down soon

People are so friendly and as far as I am concerned they are the best thing that's ever happened to Hillside. Love them very much and shop there very often.

Great service from Atef and the team, always a smile and willing to help. My wife had our two kids with her and Atef carried all the groceries out to her car and loaded it up for her, along with a few free chuppa chups for the kids! Old school service that you don't see anymore!

Great local grocer and butcher very convenient for when you don't want to travel to Watergardens

If something clearly says it's on special, then you should honour that! Regardless if someone has left the tag on there or not. And this is why you don't support local business!

One of the most friendly and professional grocery stores I've ever been to. Whoever the owners are, they really take pride in what they do. Products in my experience have been fresh and good quality. Highly recommend.

With the new owners now in full swing, this shop is so much better, great place to get you daily supplies, they have most of what you need

You will be in for a pleasant surprise - the shop is very clean, the butcher shop sells the best meat, the owners are lovely, and for the people that live in this area and shop at the IGA store, it was their secret that this store existed, but the word is out.

Recently changed ownership. UNDER NEW MANAGE. ENT. This family run business has really turned this store around. Spotless clean, well stocked and the customer service, second to none.
These guys also give back to the community. Well done. Go and give them a visit.
