Would give no stars if that was an option.

When the Chinese herbal store set up next to you, we loyal customers wanted to support you and protect your business. We have been loyal customers for many years, even though the new store offers a better variety of herbs. However, we have recently experienced some issues. The herbs we purchased from your store were moldy, and the prices were three times higher compared to other stores. I am surprised that I never questioned the pricing before. We understand that you are an elderly couple, and we wanted to support you, but you cannot take advantage of your loyal customers in this manner. Blaming your Chinese neighbor for setting up shop next to you is unfair. Your business ethics are far more appalling than theirs, by tenfold.retiring and closing your business.

When a Chinese herbal medicine shop opens next to you, our loyal customers want to support you and protect your business. We've stood by you for years without visiting the new store with more variety. Recently, however, we've run into some issues. The herbs we buy from your store have mold and are three times more expensive than other stores. I can't believe I never questioned the price before. We understand you are an elderly couple and we want to support you, but you cannot exploit your loyal customers like this. It's not fair to accuse your Chinese neighbors of setting up shop next to you. Your business ethics are ten times worse than theirs. Maybe you better consider retiring and closing your business.

I wish I checked reviews before dropping by to get some dried lotus leaves for making a herbal tonic. The shop owner took out a jar with lots of dried leaves, I looked at the incredible price of $4.60 per 100 grams, said I will have no more than 100g to try. He quickly loaded much more in a plastic bag and told me it was $5.30 or so, I insisted I don't want that much. He reluctantly took some out to make it $4.80. He didn't even bother to pack the bag, just left it on the scale. I had to pack it myself. I got home and found most leaves are of the unusablequality: diseased or old leaves. 1/3 of them are now in the compost bin, for the rest, 1/2 are the yellow and old ones, which I am not sure what to do yet. Don't buy anything from there unless you can check the quality first.

Terrible service and attitude. Went there to ask for the bird nest price and was so arrogant. Minus 1 star.

Not even worth one star. I will give negative star if I can. Went to Box Hill on Monday and bought a bag of dried Osmanthus, I have been charged $7.5 for a small bag. Today when I took that bag, I found the sticker on the bag which had handwritten price $4.6 on it. This is totally disgraceful. Will never come back again.
