Price have increased to supermarket prices have a good range of SPC and other products from the Shepparton factory but pricing is high and not competitive

This place rocks. Kind of like Costco but with different products and choices. The 3kg tins of baked beans and beetroot are a steal. Out of hot smoked salmon this visit so one less star.

The Food Factory (also known as The Shepparton Can Foods) in Bayswater, is another good place to go. They have all sorts of items cheap, like shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, Noodles like the in boxes. Also, chocolates, lollies, drinks and kitchen items like plastic food containers etc. I find it a place that you can walk up and down the ailses and be amazed at what they have! Had a good look around It pays to know your prices Lots of spc products as well as pastas snacks sauces toiletries storage containers and so much more Worth the look buy single or bulk. Easy to walk around boxes to use for packing or bring your own bags Fast checkout and a car park at store Only spent $130 but did a good shop

We go here a lot and the range is very good with many bargains to be had, especially if you buy in bulk. Plenty of parking available.

Great place with unbelievable prices for some items. Doesn't have the variety of a normal supermarket but if you know what you want and they have it, you can bet it's going to be cheaper here.

What happened to the old team working here? The old team seemed very helpful and friendly every time i went. Recently looks like all new staff at Bayswater store and seems very disorganized.

I went shopping here on Sat morning.understand its a busy time queue was long people had full trolleys. Only 2 registers open long queue. No express lane.

There are staff members just wondering around doing pickup cardboard boxes.there was no call on PA to open more registers.

This young lady on one register asked a customer to turn PA on to call for help.and customer was scanning items herself. (ridiculous). When another staff member finally came to open another register me and other customers started unloading things we waited and waited and the staff member couldn't get register to work.he was fiddling on it for long time couldnt start register.no apologies and after waiting for long time since I only had 2 items i asked if i could jump onto another register to pay. I was told NO you can not jump the queue. & theres NOTHING they can do about not getting register to work.ummmm okay.if this is what they call customer service / no customer service I will just shop elsewhere. Since they can not handle peak hours i will not go there again. New teams seems disorganized and lack of customer service.

Price and range is good but I suppose nowadays its expectation at discount stores you will not get customer service.

Great store, lots of product. Has Billsons cordials, good pasta, very friendly staff, clean store.

I love the shop because food is cheap and honest also friendly I made friends nothing beats shapperton food the best

1st.time on recommendation, we were very surprised by the size and abundance of variety of foodstuffs, good prices, and very well appointed. Will definitely come back.

Alot of name brands & generic quite cheap, they don't have everything but do have alot of bargains

If you have big family, this is a place where you can get affordable frozen food, canned food, sauce and you dont have to buy in bulk.

Good variety of choices for a factory outlet. Prices very reasonable better than normal supermarket specials.

Love this place stocked with known brands, end of lines, from tinned fruits, tomatoes, vegies, soups, condiments, sauces, toiletries, frozen foods, small goods, cheeses, spices and the list goes on. Stock alternates weekly, well priced and always a bargain to be picked up on every visit.

Great shopping place- amazing amount of grocery items, at really good prices, very neat, very well organised, it's got everything, plus the things other places don't have, like wow I've wanted one of those, for ages, things, yep, it's selection selection selection, in grocery shopping, like, position position position, in real estate, it is- a large spacious expanse of great products and prices, selection, value, variety, quality brand reduced prices, clean, friendly, definately a thumbs up, shopping experience.

Great selections, more affordable than other big names store for the same product. More savings when buying in bulk

A diverse range of food and household items at great prices. Most items can be purchased singular or as a bulk box/slab. Friendly staff with heaps of parking available.

Different range of products at low price. Great customer service by the staff members.
The store manager, Leon, is very helpful. Organised bulk food orders for a charity program - easy, amazing and stress free process.

Great place and good prices too. I will return back to look at a few more.
