Food Co. on Franklin

Wow! Food was unreal!
Had the chilli eggs- spicy but yummy! And has the jalapeño fritters!
Good size was full most of the day.
Got a seat outside, was fresh, maybe a few heaters outside.
Wasps were a little annoying!

Awesome S&P calamari, and the GF salted caramel brownie! Tasted delightfully naughty as the 'real deal', and the coffee aroma in there.i wish you could bottle it. The other 3 ladies sharing the table with me.lets just say, their plates only had crumbs on them when going back to the kitchen. Would definitely go again. A lovely spot, good food and great company. Perfect

Whilst it was busy for lunch, service wS great and it didn't take too long for the meals to come out.

No workplace should treat there staff unfair or in a manner of disrespect regardless of what the occupation is. It disgusts me to see former employees of this company get treated poorly. This is considered workplace bullying which should not be tolerated and should be acted upon in a instant.

Horrible community behind closed doors. Hierarchy of waitresses that relentlessly bully staff members. During my time working here, I was screamed at by coworkers for confirming things with the manager, received a dog lead tied as a noose in my locker by another waitress who claimed she thought it was mine, despite knowing I do not own a dog, abused by the person that placed the "dog lead" in my locker, and upon quitting, my property was destroyed in hopes that I would be back to collect what no longer was. One particular shift stood out when one of.my coworkers thought it funny to write down the name of a customer of Asian descent, so that she may laugh with other staff about the "funny name". A toxic environment with a high staff turnover for a reason.

As a previous employee I’m actually disappointed in this business and the way they treat staff, it’s honestly embarrassing.

We made a point of eating here over the Easter break as my parents have just purchased a house within walking distance. We were a little stunned by the service - we asked if we could move 2 outdoor tables so that 5 of us could sit together and were told that we could, a second staff member was assisting us and then "Kez" - apparently the head waitress - yelled at us across the space that we could not move the tables. I felt like a naughty child! We sat, stunned, at tables a considerable distance away from each other. While we were later moved to a larger table, and food and other staff were wonderful, this has tainted our impression of Food Co. A head waitress who yells at people is not indicative of a business that respects its customers. Thank goodness we can also walk to Stellina from Mum and Dads new place!

I can’t even begin to describe the quality of this cafe. The foods, the coffee, the interior decorations to the amazing and friendly staff. We moved here searching for our “spot” to get our coffee and breakfast as I’m super fussy and now they can’t keep us away. Delicious and fresh food you can tell they use fresh ingredients and actually have employed some top quality chefs that are worth their weight in gold.
The coffee is the best in town, not bitter at all. And you get exactly what you ask for. They offer in house made dog treats, take home meals and cakes and even have a little shop section to buy some cute items. I could go on all day about this cafe, they are incredible.

I visited Food Co a week ago and i would always say they are friendly staff but not on this instance I understand with proof of vaccination is needed but the worker was so rude and pushy when my support worker was trying to get the information i felt so uncomfortable and so did my support worker other wise food awesome lucky to have another worker serve us.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff and food and coffee is delicious! Short walk to she shopping centre and main street or beautiful walk along the river. Across from the skatepark and tennis courts. Its a great place in a great spot!

We haven't been in Tralargon for 5 years and were super happy to find this gem!
The service was very friendly. Lots of outdoor tables which is fantastic with kids! Easy to park too!
The food was fantastic! We also had kids waffle with strawberries, icecream and maple syrup! It is definitely made the whole visit is much better! We'll be back and tell our friends of this fantastic place!

Absolutely love this place, fast service, friendly workers and awesome food. Probably the best cafe in Traralgon and I love how it is pet friendly.

Great ambiance and yummy food to boot. Happy K9's enjoy a bit of socialising with owners at foot.

Good service and the food was very enjoyable, I had the steak sandwich and it was great. Lovely to be able to sit outside as well.

The staff were friendly and the food was good however had some serious problems with food coming out at different times. We ended up getting our coffee 15 minutes after the food was brought out (after we asked for it) and the cake we ordered never came, despite asking staff for it when we enquired into our coffee's whereabouts.

Wow wow wow.didn't even know this place existed. Came to Traralgon to have breakfast at Frankies but glad they were only doing takeaway as it allowed us to find Food Co. On Franklin. Great food, great service and super friendly. We will be back!

Awesome food. Friendly and helpful staff. It was busy when we dined in but our order came out fast. Highly recommended.

Food and service is always quite good. Disappointed with one young lady there though. (Young red head) Quite rude and abrupt to us. Apart from that, excellent.

My partner and I stopped here during a roadtrip this weekend and we were blown away. The staff were lovely and the food was delicious! Massive shoutout to the waitress who helped us decide what to order and didn't rush us! The s'mores waffles here are the most amazing brunch item you'll ever experience, although the jalapeno fritters were great too. A must-visit cafe!

Medical apartheid being applied here, segregation of people based on medical status. If you can accept the discrimination, at least the food is ok.
