It's only when things go awry that you really find out how good a company is and Fontaine delivers. My bathroom mirror cabinet was damaged in transit but I didn't notice when I collected it. I did try to check but it was packaged so well it was impossible. It was only the next day we realised that the box had two letterbox holes from forklift prongs. Melissa was incredibly helpful on the phone and via e-mail and sorted everything out. She arranged home delivery of a new cabinet, which arrived safely and undamaged. Thank you, Melissa and Fontaine Industries. We will definitely be purchasing the two mirror cabinets needed for our main bathroom from you guys.

The service I received was fabulous from start to finish. One thing I would mention though, make sure the pre-cut holes in the bench top will be positioned correctly for the sink you are purchasing, because when I asked for the holes to be cut in a different position to accommodate the sink I was purchasing from them, I was told that the holes are pre-cut and a custom cut stone would be an extra $400. That's fine, but had I not had a close look at the dimensions before I signed off on the stone 'contract', the sink would have hung over the front of the bench top! This was not mentioned to me at all. I figured it out before signing and ordered a different sink. The service was amazing, and the product range is great. We'll have to wait to see what the quality is like! Thank you, Fontaine Industries.

We do 20-30 bathrooms a year i reffered countless of clients to these guys that left thousands of dolars and when they make a mistake they wont accept it. Was given wrong mixers left on site plumber ended up installing them ended lady who worled there first time said bo worries will give you credit as it was obvipusly their mistale, bit then some manager said we have to return those to get credit. Ended up returning them just to be told they are not in proper box. Not just that i wont ever get anywhere near these guys but you wont get any clients of us.ill pay my few hundreds but you wont get thousands

You can tell the staff member who was on staff today that if a customer comes in the door your serve them with deserved attention rather than taking a phone call and staying on the phone for 15 minutes. When asked when they were going to hop off the phone they indicated the phone call was more important and was a priority. Extremely poor customer service.

Good product; convenient location; DO NOT buy instore or you will be penalised with credit card surcharge. Prices are the same on eBay where there is no surcharge. I thought I would save Fontaine the eBay fees, but instead they hit me with a MasterCard fee. Disappointing.
