A good all round experience, due to a stuff up with my Dr I posted a bad review I would like to apologise to staff

I couldn't agree more with the negative reviews i came across. I call this place about 6 times and each time the phone rang until it goes through message recording to hold. I knew this place is not busy because i drive past almost every day and that's the reason i want to have my test done there. On arrival, i saw 2 girls at the side desk, 1 on the phone and the other 1 is walking off. Desk facing the door has 4/5 girls, 2 on the phone and the other 3 was just casually talking, and 2 other girls was walking off. So, a totally of about 9 admin/receptionist as they had the admin/receptionist uniform on and not clinical staff. This place is over staff and way under performed. With the patient/work load, this place can run with 3 staff with better outcome as long as they are performers. Well, I ve been in medical field for 20 plus and never seen a place so over staffed

9 receptionists. 4 looking at computer screens, 4 busy talking about their private lives, one actually looked up to tell me that I would be called soon then went back to her conversation! The only one without a computer was the one that served me so ️️️️️ for her.

Very busy place still customer service is excellent. They very punctual and helpful. It’s in busy street so there may be parking issues.

FMIG St Albans- professional and friendly service by the ladies at the front desk. My experience with the radiologists have always been very positive.

One ️ for Front desk which had 5 receptionist sitting there while 1 was serving client, 1 was on the phone with client and the others were doing nothing, letting customers waiting in line.
Thanks so much to the girl who did MRI for my mum, very details and gentle!

Exceptional Service, but Parking Needs Improvement - 5 Stars for FMIG St Albans

I recently visited FMIG St Albans for a laboratory test, and I must say that the staff who performed the test provided exceptional service. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and expertise were truly commendable.

However, I have to mention that the parking area left much to be desired. It felt like a dungeon, with dim lighting, dirtiness, and an overall sense of unease. It was not the most welcoming environment, and it definitely detracted from the overall experience.

While I cannot fault the staff for this issue, I do believe that improvements could be made to enhance the parking facilities. A well-lit, clean, and secure parking area would greatly contribute to the overall positive impression of FMIG St Albans.

Despite the parking situation, I am giving FMIG St Albans a 5-star rating because the quality of service I received from the staff was exceptional. I highly recommend their laboratory services and commend the friendly and helpful nature of the staff.

Overcrowded and dirty would best sum up this place.
Not to mention rhe lack of customer service.
Was asked to sit in waiting room and felt uncomfortable as it was overcrowded and the seats were filthy.
The actual person that did the Ultrasound was very nice.

Rang these amateurs earlier and got cut off after 20 minutes on hold. I’m now on hold again (25 minutes and counting) just to book an appointment. Having been there before I know they’re not that busy. Absolute nightmare.

Positive and efficient - the FMIG St Albans team was able to take me in immediately. Both Thuy and Khanh are professional and friendly, I had Xray and Ultrasound completed within 10 minutes. The facility was well equipped and staff took me in with care and the report was sent within the hour to my doctor. Highly recommended and thank you for the positive experience.

Today I went there for x-ray and they told me to took off gold jewellery. I lost almost $2000 gold jewellery there. When I come outside from the x-ray shop. I just have only my one gold ring in pocket. I lost my gold chain and earrings. So disappointed …….

If there was a zero star option I would use that.
I am a Dr myself and I would say that the service at this place is appalling and their ethics are inexistent.
They will cancel your appointment no matter what your condition is if youre late for 1 minute even though there was a storm that day when I had an appointment myself.
It didn't matter to them that I was soaked completely and dripping rain water on the floor.
Very very poor management. I stopped referring patients.

I came in for a CT scan and was already in a bad mood. However, Trinh and Jessica were super nice and took care of me very well. They made sure everything went smoothly and made me feel very comfortable. I hope anyone else who comes here gets looked after by them, I couldn't recommend them more.

Thank you. Today was a difficult day for me. I knew I was unwell. The centre fitted me in given that I was provided an urgent referral and the receptionist went out of her way to help me with process and procedure. The radiologists were lovely and caring, explaining everything to me. Being diagnosed with cancer has been a shock. But this care at least reassured me.

I have never seen such an in apt Radiology. I was sent by my GP to have an US Pelvic scan the technician waved her wand over my abdomen and within 10 minutes declared the scan was over. I had questioned her professionalism and I felt that Future Imaging was gouging Medicare. The technician treated me like I was invisible no communication, no alternative scans, no nothing and then I find out my scan was inconclusive so I’m forced to have another scan at a more reputable imaging centre. My GP was disgusted I was disgusted and May I suggest that you NEVER visit this imaging centre. I will be contacting the Health Minister. Shame Shame Shame

This place is shocking. I was told I cant call and book an MRI, instead, email and upload the referral. Its been 1+ weeks since ive done that and no response with no reception staff answering the phone either.

Walked in with Drs referral in hand to make an appointment, receptionist was very friendly and could see the considerable pain I was in. She asked if I wanted appointment that day (honestly I excepted to have to wait a day or 2, dr also said that was likely). I said if they could fit me in, she said it might be 45mins. I was shocked, pleasantly surprised probably better description. I asked if it was ok to wait out front. I sent a couple of messages and was called in, 10mins roughly after walking in. The young lady who took me in was fantastic, very understanding and supportive. No complaints, well only downside were the drivers on the busy road out the front. Crazy, every second car beeping at each other. Not that long ago we were all looked down, seems many have forgotten that gratitude we felt as they were lifted and we were happy just to be able to drive anywhere

1. No one answers the phone I waited 45minutes to speak someone, only to be disconnected without a call back service. So I called Footscary and someone spoke to me in less than 3 minutes with EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! CALL FOOTSCARY INSTEAD DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

2. RUDE RUDE RUDE STAFF.

3. DO EVEN BOTHER TRYING TO AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM CALL FOOTSCARY OR ANY OTHER FACILITY.
