37I just few hours ago called reception to book the mammogram and she was so rude, she kept talking none stop without listen to me. So I immediately told her I dont want to book. It is not because of the fee but because of her behavior.
Today I had an X-ray knee. I was greeted with courtesy from the reception lady. The technician was very polite, professional and so nice. I would recommend this company.
If you can’t get a timely appointment elsewhere then I suppose this place is better then nothing. The staff are all round rude (cardiology is a bit friendlier then the radiology dept) and the reception staff are unhelpful and difficult to communicate with.
I’ve been going here for years (out of convenience) and numerous reports have been done sloppily and of little assistance to my specialists; that only send me away to obtain the same imaging at another clinic.
I have sent feedback to them and they have never responded. Interpret that as you will from a medical service.
Today went there for an urgent ultrasound and X-ray examination for my daughter. The reception said the whole week is booked out for ultrasound, however, the receptionist and other staff were still trying hard to squeeze us in for this urgent matter. The staff named Jessica has went above and beyond to perform ultrasound for skipping her lunch break. I'm very grateful. Thank you all.
I’ve had to attend this radiology too often unfortunately and the experience is always simply appalling.
From mistakes with bookings to frosty technicians who show zero empathy for any anxiousness, and rude reception when they’re faced with a mistake they made, I would advise all to choose another radiology clinic, as I will now be doing - regardless that they are just around the corner from me.
I’ve been there twice for x-ray and ultrasound and the service has been great. No issues, customer service It’s good too. The receptionist is kind.

My partner went here for an internal ultrasound and was mocked by the nurse for being anxious and they were very cold overall. Left in tears and traumatized ftom this experience. The nurse even admitted to making a mistake whilst the probe was inserted and now my partners pain is worse than when we arrived. Go somewhere else unless you're desperate!
I have been here several times and witnessing what the front staff go through I applaud. Very professional despite some horrible customers.
AVOID. I definitely suggest you book your check ups elsewhere. Most importantly avoid Catherine Delechendau and Siobhan Tuohy who have no respect or human decency for patients.
Have been here many times over the last few years and have always had a good experience. Friendly and efficient staff. Sometimes they’re running a little behind schedule but that happens everywhere and given almost all my appointments have been bulk billed, I’m not bothered by having to wait a little bit.
I was 10 minutes late for my morning 830am appointment- I called to let them know and waited patiently for over and hour as the receptionist said they would fit me in after the patient after me. They continued to see other patients and ignore me. I was here for a test where you need a full bladder for the test to be done properly. The staff were rude and inconsiderate - they refused to book me into another centre as they said they are all on the other side of town? I asked if I would be seen today and they also didn’t give me an answer just continued to ask me to wait.
Massively traumatic experience waiting with a full bladder for hours.
Have had 3 pelvic ultrasounds done here to monitor fibroids over the space of 5 years. The actual ultrasound has always been excellent, the lady is friendly, professional and experienced. However, the reports have obvious errors in the them and conflict (with itself) in what it says. This has happened twice and is similar to others’ experiences of this place. Best find somewhere with doctors/specialists who make an effort when writing up results.
I was told to come at 2pm when I made the phone appointment, but when I arrived that day I was told my appointment was at 3pm.
No text or email confirmation, no apology.
I had an ultrasound that day, so I drank a 1L of water. Unfortunately I had to drink it all over again.
Terrible experience
Outdated scam rooms and my wife didn't feel comfortable with service. Best attending to Cabrini in Malvern for Ultrasounds
Had my MRI scan here, the staff were all friendly and efficient. Big thanks to Philip who explained the whole process and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible.
Be wary of internal ultrasound findings. I was told and it's in writing from Hawthorn that I have no follicles on one ovary, 3 on the other and have a misshaped uterus I questioned this with my G. P. I'm mid thirties not my first internal U, why hadn't my apparent 'misshaped' uterus come up before now? Had another internal elsewhere 2 weeks later - Uterus not misshaped and 6 follicles on each ovary, always pays to get a second opinion I guess.but yes perhaps take their written report tongue in cheek to avoid heart break if at baby making age!
Spoke to the receptionist who was bilingual. Spoke Cantonese and English. She's a superstar. Taken mum here 10+ times over the years never had a rude receptionist. Respect goes both ways. Speak to them kindly and you'll receive it back.
When I visited FMIG it was busy even first thing in the morning. The staff were doing their best with keeping covidsafe and still managing clients. Reception were kind and straightforward and the specialist who did my ultrasound was very professional. I would have liked more time to have some explanation of what the photos were of although I understand this is not always possible to be discussed with the patient.
This is the worst place to get an xray. The customer service is terrible. The staff does not have proper knowledge, will probably give you the wrong information and ask you to pay out of pocket.
