Over twice the price I ended up getting my scan for, don't do the procedure at the clinic advertised on their website and took a very long time to answer.

You need to book in advance for appointment. Sometimes there are waiting time when you arrive on the scheduled time but it’s bearable. Staff are easy to talk to. Parking is nearby. They don’t accept private insurance such as Bupa. You have to pay our of pocket and reimburse. Overall, still recommended.

Booked an appointment but still asked me to wait for at least an hour before I can actually go in for the doctor. Receptionist was not friendly and unhelpful but the doctor’s services are great. Wouldn’t recommend as I went back twice and got told to wait for at least an hour at the reception, even with an appointment.

Had a total of three scans with them, first one was done great and 15 -20 min late on their side. Totally understandable. Second one, I arrived 4 min late and I was given the speech, no happy but, I’ll take it. My bad! The scan itself was fine and done with care and patience (morphological one)
The third one they asked me out of the room for the baby “to change position” while I was sat again at the waiting room for another 15 min! … of course baby didn’t change position?

The female Asian receiptionist is so rude and arrogant. We were given incomplete and incorrect instruction by her, we need to go to the place again and again in vain. No apologies and yelled at us. I wonder why she still has a job? Try to avoid the place if you can.

I do not recommend this place. My appointment is 11: 00 I waiting for 20 minutes, and I have some questions asked reception she doesn’t answer my question just keep doing what she doing.that’s ridiculous.

Literal misdiagnosis of a stress fracture. The radiologist from this place said there was no fracture on the CT scan report, and there was in fact a huge one when reviewed by a doctor. This is dangerous. Do not go to this place for scans.

Pathetic people and worst reception

After having 1litre of water she wants us to wait for additional hour or more with no clue and she says my appointment is missing in the system,
When I have an prior appointment for a scan and an msg confirmation

This centre should be shut down

After controlling the bladder for too long we might suffer kidney stones etc

Worst service definitely gonna complain

After travelling for 30 min and taking an hour half from work I was told to come some other day

Hope the reception is trained well or should be liable for adverse effects one can have controlling the bladder.

Please don’t go here for your own sanity

Absolutely appalled.
Born and raised in the heart of Melbourne and never have I seen this animosity and lack of respect. I attended with my elderly mother for her routine mammogram and was refused to be seen based on the fact that they needed to view last year's scan from her hospital and refused to contact them. This was not mentioned when we made the appointment a few weeks back as I prompted if we needed to bring anything, they were very unhelpful and cooperative. Further to the after 1.5hrs of waiting and my trying to get the hospital to send it all across of which I verified it had been sent FMIG staff denied receiving. They belittled us and refused to acknowledge us and provide any help. I was somehow able to contain myself and ask for our referal back and left. NEVER AGAIN. Maybe if I was Asian it would have been a better outcome as other Asian patients were attended to promptly with a lovely greeting and weren't even asked to wear their masks nor check in.go figure.

I'm very disappointed at their service rude, very unprofessional.i was there to get an ultrasound done. The lady didnt even check properly it only took her 1-2 min to check whats going on and advising me to come back after 2 weeks as she meant to do further check up. This person should be accountable of they have done.they need to be more professional and must have a good customer service

Very disappointed with this place, very rude receptionist, they even don’t look at your face while talking, very rude receptionist, there was an indian lady I don’t know about her.

Extremely rude rude rude receptionist I’ve ever never seen before! I don’t know how professional and rich you are but the way you talk to customers on the phone is NOT RESPECTFUL at all.please BE NICE TO CUSTOMERS woman. Don’t ruin the business by your RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRESPECTFUL.no wonder why so many bad reviews for RUDE RECEPTIONIST

Staff were friendly, environment seemed clean enough, there wasn't much wait, the radiologist was informative.

I was surprised to see the reviews for this place - I found them swift and professional, we walked in without a booking and were out within 15 minutes.

Drop my husband for X-ray. And get shock by the services. Not friendly receptionist. If I could give minus ratting scores, I will give it.

Please hire nice receptionist one.
I think if from help desk already good people will be happy. So sad.

Lack of staff for xray, saw people turned away even though they called earlier and was told it's ok to just come in. Probably better if appointment system is put in place for x-ray.
Also why the change with the film and that we have to pay now. At least allow us to get the digital copy emailed to patients upon request.
Plus side, it's abit quiet now.

Very rude receptionist. My husband called to book an obstetric ultrasound for me, the receptionist asked for my details and as my husband is quite unsure (i was severely under morning sickness), she said "then you have to pay". It's ok to pay and my husband just asked me to reconfirm i'm about 1 month pregnancy, she rudely said why he's telling lie? And when my bub started crying, she keeps saying OMG, OMG over the phone. What's wrong with a crying baby? We have never experienced such terrible service and just cancelled the appointment, of course would not recommend anyone to that place.

Clean. Quick but very uncaring services towards patients privacy. Xray done without any gown provided. COVID Safe or Money savings? Very disappointed.

Extremely poor customer service. Booked me at a wrong clinic and I had to wait for 1hour. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Pathetic never want to come here again
