Worst customer service and communication
They will communicate with you well only until you transfer the money.
If you need any additional service after you purchase the air ticket they won’t respond to you.
They told me I’ll get my refund for the flight cancellation within 4-6 months but I’m still waiting for more than 8 months and didn’t get it yet.
Whenever I ask about it they keep passing the ball to somebody else and doesn’t take the responsibility.

Arshalan was a great help for me to book tickets, he explained the best times to get tickets, best deals going on etc - very thorough and transparent about the whole process.
