Never again! I spent $115 for nothing! I purchased bouquet online thinking it’s a decent size, but I received a tiny 30cm together with a vase bouquet. They should include size for online buyers.

A big thank you and amazing customer service. It is my wife’s birthday tomorrow and I called the store at 6.45pm and they close at 7pm. Cathy one of the amazing staff members stayed back nearly 30 minutes as I was stuck in traffic so I could get a bunch of roses to present to my wife for her birthday tomorrow morning. Gan Eden did a wonderfully big and beautiful bouquet of colour matched roses and lilies. The arrangement and wrapping were gorgeous. A high quality flower shop with great service.

The best florist on Carlisle Street. The staff here are always wonderful, friendly and patient even at the busiest times! The flowers are beautiful and very high quality, would highly recommend for the best experience over other florists in the area. Here you will be warmly greeted with a smile and a hello and your flowers will last.

I live locally and wandered down here for some roses on Mother’s Day. That was over three weeks ago now. Mum won’t stop talking about them and is so happy that they still look amazing!

Beautiful range of flowers with some unique options I'd not seen in other florists. The attendant was super helpful on both arrangements and advice on caring for the flora. I also felt that I got a lot for the price I paid.

Found this florist 5 years ago when I was living locally and even though I’ve since moved away, I still drop by if I’m ever in the area. Flowers are always fresh and beautiful. Most recently came here on Mother’s Day when other stores were running out of flowers. My favourite florist for sure!

I would like to sincerely thank the staff at this lovely florist for their excellent service. An old friend died tragically a fortnight ago, and his devastated partner wanted particular flowers for his funeral which, in the midst of virus restrictions, only nine people could attend instead of the hundreds who would have been there otherwise. As the date (yesterday) approached, it was getting increasingly difficult to even find a florist open, let alone obtain the right flowers. But Gan Eden did, kept them in the cool room for me to collect, and made what was shaping up to be a very difficult process smooth and easy. It meant a lot, with so much else out of control, to at least be able to get the flowers right. Thank you all so much again.

OMG this shop is amazing. Flowers, pots, plants, gift cards and alot more. Prices are so cheap. The same pot i bought in another store, price difference $23 dollars cheaper. I will be back for more guys.

The quality of the flowers are A1 and even better prices are real sharp. So many different thing to buy not only flowers. Very happy customer.

An outstanding experience from the start! I ordered 3 sets of flowers for work. They were friendly, professional and took the time to listen to me carefully and work out the best option for my budget. The flowers were divine - freshly sourced and arranged that very morning. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Great florist in Balaclava. Not only will you find flowers and bouquets, you'll find other floral, plants, pots, stands and vases that could work really nicely for presents. Even for the home! Have bought a few plants that have lasted to this day.

I've bought quite a few bouquets of flowers from here and they are always fresh, aromatic and beautifully wrapped to boot.

The staff are friendly and always happy to suggest combinations of flowers and greenery to combine if none of the bouquets on display take your fancy.

Possibly the best florist in Melbourne. Has the best variety of flowers, great selection, friendly service and beautiful displays. I always leave with a smile on my face and fresh flowers for the house!:)
