Caitlin has such an incredible way of connecting with you and making you feel comfortable. I've had kinesiology before, but my experience here was one where I could really feel the shift and after my appointment I felt calm and balanced in a way I haven't before. I really can't recommend it enough. I also have a number of the Flourish essential oil rollers and a room mist and they are excellent quality and beautiful scents.

On my first visit I wasn’t really sure what kinesiology was or how it worked. I found Caitlin easy to talk to and opened up quickly. When I feel chaotic, uncertain and scattered, I am encouraged to look at aspects of my life with a positive attitude. On leaving the studio, I am usually relaxed, positive and focused. I aim to visit at regular intervals to take some time for myself & to look inward.
