The workers arebloody fantastic doing a wonderful job with my 2 boys and they don't just help my kids but are a fantastic support to me as a parent as well. And Sarah is never allowed to be moved as I will come with a tent and protest on the offices frount lawn and give all our wonderful workers a pay rise as they are so awesome. My boys have made heaps of progress since we have had them in our lifes. And a company car would not hurt to help them all out

Beware of this company. They are unprofessional and cannot be trusted to provide NDIS reports and support letters accurately but leave other clients details in reports they provide. They overcharge for services and invoice for services not provided.

I am currently trying to deal with this inept company providing O. T.to my son. Flourish Holistic Services have invoiced me multiple times for the same Support letter. The Support letter had errors which are yet to be fixed. So far I have paid $775.96 for a support letter that cannot be submitted to the NDIS. I was Invoiced twice for an O. T. Report which has mistakes. Bringing the cost of the O. T. Report for the NDIS review to $1,163.94. I received two Invoices for services not provided including a 3 hour O. T.session which did not happen, an invoice for "Research and Strategies for Support Plan" which was not required or provided. Most recently, they Invoiced for more O. T.session time than what was authorised or provided. They have made my life a living hell as no matter how much I email them advising them that I have already paid for services; they continue to send me more invoices for Reports and Support letters I have already paid for. The Reports are full of errors and cannot be submitted to the NDIS for the review of my son's next plan nor can the Support letter as Flourish have still to fix the mistakes after months of waiting. I have a review due in April 2022 and I have neither the O. T. AHA report, nor the O. T. Report in a fit state to submit. It has caused me to become so depressed and anxious that I am unwell.

Priya and sanjeeta have been with us today we are happy because I can speak out what I feeling and the situation I face on daily life.
