Floral Frenzy

Tried to charge me $140 for a standard bunch of flowers because it was Mother’s Day. I went to another retailer who wasn’t being so extortionate.

Wish I read some of the previous reviews sooner. Never have I experienced such blatant rudeness from one of the ladies who appeared to be an owner/manager (as she was telling the other sales person what to do). This woman had the worst attitude I have ever experienced - tapping her fingers impatiently on the counter, loudly sighing and quite literally telling me to hurry up because she had other things to do. The flower arrangements are mediocre (at best) and there is no variety of fresh cut flowers, hence why it took me a lot longer to curate a custom arrangement. Terrible service and won't be returning.

Absolutely terrible attitude from the staff. Their pre-made bouquet arrangement were suboptimal, however when we asked to make custom changes/custom make our own bouquet, they repeatedly scoffed at our suggestions because the “colours don’t match” and refused to take us seriously. Even tried to push the expensive bouquets even though it did not suit our colour theme. Got our bouquet from another florist along the same road which suited our colour theme perfectly, more expensive but their arrangements are gorgeous and the staff are very friendly.

Fast local delivery and a lovely bouquet of natives put together on the spur of the moment. Excellent service, and great suggestions on what could be done.

The owner came back to the shop after hours so I could get it in time for the Dawn Service next day. He wouldn't accept payment for his extra trouble. Never forgotten it. They stock quality fresh flowers that last too.

Terrible flowers and plants and terrible service. Plant arrived almost dead and on the incorrect day.

What a terrible experience we had, so disappointed. I called on Monday to place orders for 7 people for Valentines day, phone lines were down, so I emailed and followed up to give all the info, having provided all the information and updated payment details, I called today after making several calls yesterday to chase up to be told that none of the orders were processed so now our clients won't receive their gifts! Person on the phone couldn't have cared less - awful customer service, but if this is their care factor I'm glad we didn't get the flowers!

EMBARRASSED! I ordered a $50.00 bunch of flowers, and paid a $20.00 delivery fee and was completely embarrassed when I visited the business partner to see the quality and quantity of what was sent directly to them.

This was my first and last time using this company. I can list multiple business's CHEAPER, with customer service and quality.

Not only would I not recommend this company to anyone due to quality but it took 3 PHONE CALLS for the order to go anywhere.

Waste of money. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Not open Friday evening until 8pm as advertised, was relying on it to get some flowers at 6: 15pm for my wedding anniversary and it was closed, no sign, just shut.

Small shop owner, called before I got there, guy instantly knew what I was after; and provided it in moments after walking into his store.

Just rang the store. The staff on the phone did not let me finish my sentence and shouted back: "this is Bullsh** don't call this shop again! ". Never had this kind of experience before. How such a person can still work there?

Just left the shop with empty hands. How can they survive like this? The front girl treats us really unpleasantly and I felt like I own her some money. I have been there three years ago and had a quite different experience. There are quite a few options around this area now a days and will never go this shop again!

Ordered a floral cake topper for a special birthday cake. Gave them a photo and paid the $45 in advance. When I arrived the next day to collect it, it was very badly done. Too high on the top and awful grey suede leaves that can't go on a cake! One single stem of a Singapore orchid dropped down the side all alone, looking ridiculous and the blooms weren't even open! I asked them to add a couple of flowers but they wouldn't. I asked them for a refund and they said no. I asked them to swap it with a bunch of flowers that cost $40. Less than thecake topper but they refused. They got the owner on the phone and when I said I wasn't happy and that it didn't look good he said he did it and I was rude. I was so upset by this stage. The girls begrudgingly gave me 3 extra flowers and I had to go home and make it all again myself. Very disappointed in their attitude and service.
