Very disappointed by the service here. I was also lied to by the manager about my flowers I ordered. They said my lilies would bloom in "2 hours" it's been 24 hours and they have not bloomed. Ruining the flowers I ordered. They do NOT look like the photo online when I ordered. They did not even give me any tips on how to help the lilies bloom. Wont buy from here again. $160 spent to be disappointed. Apparently they don't know anything about great customer service. The assistant had me wait 7 minutes while she looked for an arrangement under a name I didn't even give her. I gave her my name 3 times before she figured out she was incorrect. Wasted my time and lied to me. Really dislike this place.

Order flowers for mothers day and was a bit worried that they weren't going to arrive on the day but they got delivered at 7.30pm! Blown away that you were still out delivering at that time. Flowers looked and smelled amazing!

Liaised with Hanna who assisted in the appropriate choice and the minor modifications I wanted. She sent me photos to ensure I was happy with the finished product and I was. My friend who was celebrating a significant birthday loved them. They were bigger than expected which is quite unusual from many florists. I chose the autumn colours and she absolutely loved her gift. I highly recommend Floraison and it's an easy enough process to order.

Hanna from the Floraison Doncaster shop was really helpful, and with her expertise, helped to arrange a custom boxed arrangement, which fitted with my budget and looked really beautiful. They emailed me the day before the flowers went out, and also emailed me once they had been delivered with a photo of the arrangement, which was thoroughly appreciated.
