Fantastic products with reasonable price. A wide range of products from 3D printers to washing machine and air fryer. I think this company could meet the needs of every household. This company will become popular in the future I Firmly hold.

I've said it before elsewhere, but wanted to share what an amazing team to deal with they are, super responsive to queries and extremely helpful.
I'll be sure to buy my upgrade parts and consumables from here, especially given they're local.

I had called up to get some replacement parts for my 3d printer after I ran into some printing issues. They listened to the problem I had and instead of selling me new parts they talked me through how I could fix what I had - easily saved me $100.
Also been ordering filament off them for about 3 years now. It always arrives quick and with no fuss.
Highly recommend.

Excellent company to deal with. They will go out of their way to meet your needs and make sure you are satisfied. My personal experiences are all positive, I would not hesitate to promote Flora livings, if you have a problem with a product all you need to do is approach them, explain your problem and they will go to all lengths to help. - outstanding customer service - my experience:
Yesterday I received a Pantech 2900 Personal Weather Station from the "floralivings' store on Ebay.
Price was competitive, ordered it on a Sunday – delivered on Wednesday (regional Vic) – so, so far, all good.

Then, upon receiving the unit, went through to entire setup process exactly as per the user guide, finally got my station online and registered with Weather Underground – but the console always read 90mins behind my current time.
No matter how many times I reset it, it kept reverting back to exactly 90mins behind what I'd entered.so I contacted the seller via ebay feedback and left a msg on their phone.
Received a call from Ivan withing app 15mins, and we went through a lengthy (and frustratingly repeated) attempts to correct the issue.
(removed WS View, reinstalled / reset dashboard console / reset weather station etc a few times over, still no luck).

Finally – after a few failed attempts, managed to join Ecowitt, input correct time zone and location – and finally – BINGO! – all set up correctly.

I'm only leaving this so as to give a reflection of the great help/support and assistance I received from Flora Living, and base on this I note how (literally) extraordinary such after sales communication is (and how bloody grateful I am – hence this post).

(Also worth noting, is that when I receive bad customer service - I'm extremely effective at both, getting my message across, and sharing it - so it's only fair to do when it's good feedback)

The person I spoke with also made it clear - early in the process of working out what was wrong, that they were prepared to swap over the entire unit (or just the part that I was having issues with - but gladly, this wasn't necessary, because they took the time to work out how to fix it with me, also (because as Ivan said) ' whatever the issue is, if we can solve it, it just makes it easier if we come across a similar issue'.

I love the Flora airship fryer, cooks well, so impressed with it I got my daughter one for Christmas, she uses it everyday as she has 3 young children, she loves it as well, great value for money, and easy to clean. We are both very happy with this product.

Poor quality food dehydrators. Brought the 5 tray model of Ebay first and didn't last more than a few hours before blowing cold air. Contacted them and arranged a 10 tray model with further payment. On the third use this model has failed too while in the process of drying. Just blowing cold air. Was told I probably overloaded it! Told me I could bring it back (or send back at my expense) and their technicians could take a look and parts would be ordered from overseas! Time frame unknown. Or they would exchange it for a new one for further payment. Upon me saying this wasn't good enough they offered me another one free of charge. I don't want another one from them. In fact I would never buy or deal with them ever again. I will be putting their dehydrator in the bin where it belongs. Have since purchased a Sunbeam 6 tray which is going strong and better to use.

I purchased two of their food dehydrators. Both were faulty and broke down after less then 25 uses. When i contacted the company they advised it would be too expensive to fix the machines but I could purchase two new dehydrators at cost. Cost price turned out to be more then they were selling the item on Ebay and they expected me to somehow travel to their warehouse and pay in cash. When i said this was unacceptable I was met with condescension and rudeness. I will never purchase anything from them ever again and I will make sure I let anyone who wants to listen know that their products are as low in quality as their customer service.

I bought the airfryer from these guys more than 2 years ago. However, the switch broke and I contacted them via email. I got an immediate response with an options to fixed it or purchase a newer model with a special discount as my old unit broke. I decided to get it fixed. They fixed the switch, change the greasy fan cover and upgraded the motherboard at minimal cost and now it's running like new again. Great job! Thanks
