I bought a huge carpet here about 3 years ago now, and I still get compliments on it whenever I have visitors. The staff are really helpful and accommodating, and they even gave me good advice about what colour to choose based on photos I showed them of my apartment. Would definitely buy my next carpet from here.
I had been searching for a rug when I came across Floorspace, they had a great website that allowed me to build my rug online! It worked really well and I managed to order the rug at the exact size I needed. It was delivered promptly and the guys at the store answered my questions before I purchased the rug (online) as I wasn't sure of the material I should get. The sisal rug suits the design of our living room and colour scheme perfectly as we were able to choose all the components of the rug and see it online. The quality of the product is excellent. We've had it now for three years and it still looks great.

Visited showroom on a late friday afternoon and organised a measure and quote. James came out and measured up within 2 hours of request. Received a quote within two business days. Laid by Kevin 2 business days later! Could not fault their professional service or the quality of their product & workmanship.
Service is fine. No problems there. The installer was very professional. No problems there. The sisal product though is rubbish. We've had it for 3 years now and have made the decision to rip it up and start all over again. The simple problem is firstly it fades noticeably to light. Second and biggest problem is it stains from simply dropping water on it. The stain is very noticeable. Soft drink or wine would be a disaster. Sisal cannot be steamcleaned only drycleaned which could post problems if the stain is too deep. This is not a practical product particularly for young families. Stay away.
