My apartment was flooded with raw sewage and the team was in contact within 24h with the cleanup beginning in 48h.
Was kept in the communication loop throughout the whole process, and the team was incredibly efficient, with great quality work and QC follow-up by independent hygienists.
Would 100% recommend and will use again in an emergency. A small company that punches well above their weight!

I cannot recommend Walter and his team highly enough! My place was flooded from a burst pipe and having been the first time this has happened I really didn’t know what to do. Walter provided outstanding service and is extremely knowledgeable and professional - I really knew I was in the safest hands. When things like this happen in your home, most of the time people couldn’t care less, they just come in do the job and leave. Professional service, flexible to our needs, arrived on time, used thermal imaging detection equipment to find the extent of the damage and again to confirm they were dry after completing the job. Would highly recommend.

Flood response did a very prompt, thorough and professional job of restoring our property back to how it was, after the sewerage mains failed and flooded under our house and our back garden.

Within a day of the incident, all affected surfaces were cleaned and disinfected, and damaged property/contaminated soil was removed. They also installed heavy duty ventilation and air purifiers to dry out the subfloor and remove pathogens from inside our house.

Thank you for Walter and team for sorting out what would otherwise have been a very stressful time.
