I got a voucher for my husband and I but when we got there they had double booked so we couldn't do it. Have called numerous times since and left messages but have never had a reply. Basically I've lost the voucher and wasted my money. Stay away from this place!
Love this place! The staff are lovely and the rooms have absolutely everything you need. Makes the experience such a breeze!
Got a gift voucher for my birthday - took over 4 months to get in touch with them to book using email, online form and phone! Had to change appointment date so tried to get in touch again and surprise surprise - no response, so lost the voucher, waste of time and terrible service. Go to another provider!
