First appointment with Joseph. He was so lovey. Really listened to what I wanted to achieve and cut my hair beautifully. 10/10 Would def recommend. Have rebooked already.

Moving to Melbourne from interstate after having the same hairdresser for 20 years, I was nervous. Joseph listened and communicated really clearly. I’m so happy with my hair, and to have found another hairdresser that gets me.

I am so thrilled with my new hair! My experience was way better than I had expected, my colour is exactly what I wanted and I love the natural tones. I tried to describe the cut I wanted and showed pictures and it is exactly as I wanted it. He even gave consideration to doing the curtain bangs in stages so I could get used to it and know that it’s what I want longer term.

Really happy with my new hair cut, I went to Flipped with an idea of the length I wanted and worked with Joseph to finetune to suit my face shape and my general hair maintenance. He did such a great job and was super meticulous with the cut and styling. Will definitely go back.

I went twice, and both times I had underwhelming experiences. I have coloured red hair and they have a hard time with this colour. Both times they couldn't match properly and I left with serious amount of colour on the top of my neck. On top of this, they have no clue what to do with wavy curly hair. Good products don't make good hairdresser: (

WOW! I can't speak highly enough of the professional, wonderful and hard working staff at this salon.the facilities, staff and range of choices are fantastic. Joe was my stylist and he is a hair artist. I keep seeing my hair and I can't believe it's mine. I see it and think "WOW, that belongs to me":) Thank you for your hard work (6hrs). I LOVE IT!

Decided it was time to chop off my very long hair (went half way down my bum) without any idea of what I wanted except for the length. Julian asked me some questions about my hair, I told him to do whatever he wants and he did such an amazing job! My hair is now the shortest it has been in 10 years and it looks amazing!

Got bronde balayage done by Christina who did an amazing job of fixing up my regrowth, banding and dodgy copper ends. Technique was impressive, cool salon with nice atmosphere. 11/10 do recommend.
