I was going to buy my family holiday through another office but
the service and answers were't there on time,
Since i contact Isabella it was all good go and she provided me with excellent Service and responded promptly to all my Queries,
I had a fantastic holiday with the help Provided by Isabella,
I strongly recommend her as she is very professional and helpful Azar Kassis.
Tim was awesome today! Extremely knowledgeable and could tel he was experienced. Very helpful advice and wonderful people skills strongly recommend!

We have had previous appointments with Brooke who was really great and helped us with everything - went back for an appointment with Tim as she was away and it was a horrible experience. Tim had a horrible attitude towards all of our questions about flights and wasn’t helpful at all. We tried to clarify if our flights had been booked as we hadn’t received confirmation and he was extremely rude and disrespectful towards us. If you are going to book an appointment at flight centre yarraville, don’t book with Tim - not helpful at all and overall extremely rude.
I had an appointment with Tim and he was so rude! No customer services skills at all. He couldn't answer any of my questions and I left the appointment very disappointed. If you want to book an appointment here don't book with Tim, he is no help and so rude.
I approached Tim in-store in October 2022 and asked him to plan a European trip for myself for March 2023, but left it open and even sent an itinerary the following week, stating even if it was just to Greece I would be happy. I heard nothing back despite several emails following up. I offered him my details several times to confirm I was serious, to which he continuously declined.
Despite Tim well and truly being back from his holiday over the Xmas period I still have yet to hear back, with any planning, courtesy, nothing.
I don't really understand the purpose of a place that is supposed to assist you planning your overseas trip when they literally ignore you? Zero stars.
We were very stressed and disorganized at the time Tim was very helpful on the phone and in the office
Anthony has helped me with several flights over the past 5 years including persisting for 3 years to get our refund from flights during the pandemic. Friendly, knowledgeable and always get great fares.
Superb experience with Isabella who kindly helped get me back home and navigate a nightmare of flight changes coming back into Australia during the pandemic. Definitely feel comfortable having her handle my travel plans!
First time user of Flight Centre. I am so impressed with Tim and his other two colleagues (apologies for not grabbing your names). Tim made the booking options really easy with transparency that was exactly what my NDIS client needed. He was fabulous at listening, finding the humour in life experiences talked about, and catering to all questions. He really made my client feel comfortable and heard which is no small thing!
Tim at Yarraville Flight Centre was very attentive to my needs. He was very helpful Nd answered my uncertain quarantine and PCR questions.

I booked all my flights with the guys there. I had to make changes last minute and they were brilliant. Most of all I got stranded in Hawaii from a trip that was going LA to Hong Kong and I was anxious to sort out my flights I called the office whilst overseas and the level of support I received was amazing. I highly recommend the team at the Yarraville Flight Centre they are extremely professional and on top of their game.

We were seen by Skye today and booked flights to London! We're so excited! She ensured we got the cheapest flights by booking them on a Monday with a couple of stopovers and we couldn't be happier. There was a problem with my name on my initial booking and it cost me an extra $200 to fix my tickets but it was my fault and I feel that Skye handled the situation with grace and poise. I would 100% book again with Skye, she was an angel.
I booked flights from Malaysia to Cuba and Cuba to Melbourne with these people. I got held up in Malaysia on a technicality, and then spent half the day on the phone (in the Malaysian airport) with a FC Yarraville staff member called Will McLaren. He took 3000 dollars off me, then failed to get me a new ticket. I then spent the next 3 hours on the phone with the Emergency Assistance team, trying to get new tickets to Cuba. I was then told that my return flights had to be reorganized as well. The return flights were absolutely lousy, starting with a 7am flight from Havana, a 10 hour layoff in Toronto, and then I had to run from the Sydney international terminal to the domestic one to catch my Melbourne flight. They do not factor in potential delays into bookings. And they are all about taking your money. Will McLaren does not have the experience for multi-country trips. DO NOT USE HIM.
