Flight Centre Travel Academy

Best decision I have made studying through the Flight Centre Travel Academy, the support you are given from the team is amazing they are like your own little cheer squad that push you along to achieve your goals! Only regret I have is that I didn't enrol sooner!

No one available at the office ours no one pick up the call none staff available at any floor. Time is money for everyone.

I am so grateful for choosing Flight Centre Academy for my study, Thank a million to all incredible Facilitators, you have made it easier for me to achieve my goals and I feel I am on a safe embrace in my path. I would give you a million stars if I could.

I studied here full time between 2018/19 and it was a really great experience! The teachers were really informative and supportive. The whole team in other states also were helpful with regular phone calls to see how I was going. The course work was really relevant to the industry, especially if working for Flight Centre Travel Group is the end goal. There are opportunities to speak to current employees who can give insight about the recruitment process and current jobs. While studying, I was lucky enough to gain employment with the help of the Travel Academy. I highly recommend making this your course over other Universities.

Extremely Dissapointed with the academy. Get rid of Recruiter Steph! Her service was absolutely appalling! Well recognized company’s like Flight Centre should not be keeping Trash like her. My Advice is have her Fired and send her back to Law School where she’ll fail regardless. I really think that she’s just a worthless piece of Garbage that the Refuse Collector accidentally happens to have dropped outside of the Travel Academy. GET RID OF THIS HARMFUL DISEASE, before it gets to the stage where it needs at least a dozen Shots of Penicillin.

I’m currently a student at the Flight Centre Travel Academy. I’m absolutely loving the course! I really enjoy coming to Melbourne and having class for a week at a time here!
All the facilitators/ teachers are amazing. They make learning all the course work so enjoyable and fun. Not only are they great teachers and people, but provide great support in and out of the classroom.
If anyone is interested in a career in the tourism industry I would definitely encourage you to do this course! I’m halfway through this course and have just started working in the Travel Industry as a Travel Consultant and loving it! There is so much to learn, and by doing those course Flight Centre Travel Academy is providing me with some great knowledge to take in to work with me. Not only are we in class learning, but also get the opportunity to do hotel inspections and listen to guest speakers from different sectors of the Tourism Industry It’s a great starting point.
The location of the Travel Academy is great- so easy to get to. It’s a quick tram ride or a lovely walk. Also, the cafe on the ground floor does great Hot Chocolates!

I started my travel career with the Travel Academy a few years ago, and haven't looked back! I had never worked in travel before, and they offered a great industry-wide course to cover the basics, and get a feel for what the role would be like. I started my role as a travel consultant a week after I graduated, and definitely had a leg up on other the other trainees I met. I've been here for 3 years now, and run my own team. Definitely would not be in a great role, with a great company, if I hadn't taken a chance with the Travel Academy. Thanks!
