Have had an absolutely amazing time booking a last minute holiday with the wonderful Kay!

About two and a half weeks from my the date I wanted to fly out, Kay pulled off nothing short of an absolute miracle to get me a Bali holiday with everything included.

Kept within budget, and tailored perfectly to suit my interests even given a very vague idea of what I wanted (I like food and wanna swim).

Brilliant itinerary planned, super easy! Looking forward to my holiday!

They helped me get to Darwin in July for my daughter's wedding just before lockdown.

I recently came home from an amazing first time trip to America with my partner that we booked via Flight Centre. The staff were very attentive and helpful whilst dealing with our limited budget and all of my questions (I had a lot of them, being a bit of a nervous traveller!). With their attention to detail and quick responses, it was a much easier process than I anticipated and we felt 100% taken care of. Will definitely be booking with them in future!

Flat out incompetent.booked wrong accommodation, horribly rude staff wouldn't touch these guys with a 10 ft pole

I've had many dealings with Flight Centre, Torquay, and I have always found everyone there extremely courteous and helpful. While most of my travel experiences have been 'normal', on two separate occasions I've required emergency help while overseas, involving evacuation and/or hospitalisation. Amber did plenty to help me get out of difficult situations both times. She was courteous, efficient and knew exactly what to do. She has been spot on with all travel recommendations too. Every trip she's recommended has been excellent. Brilliant agent and a top travel agency!
