I came in today and had the pleasure of Emily serve me to help with booking my two up coming holidays. She mentioned that she was only new to the job however you would not know this as she demonstrates a deep knowledge for travel and showed a lot of care & diligence towards me and making sure I get the best experiences out of my holiday. She has made a stressful experience an enjoyable one. Highly recommend and will use Emily for my future endeavours.

I have dealt with flight center a few times in the past but the experience I had booking my holiday and accommodation with Emily from the pines was absolutely terrific. She showed her knowledge with suggestions on locations and restaurants from her personal experience. Highly recommend booking through Emily.

Never ever again will I use Flight Centre after this harrowing experience. I've used them always but not anymore. I don't think this applies to all Flight Centre outlets. But this one has ticked me off badly.
Used them to get a leg of flight from Denmark to Iceland in June 2022. All appeared well until I got to Copenhagen airport to board and there was no ticket issued. What was issued was an itinerary that looked like a ticket. Long story short, got to Iceland the next day paying through my tail end, lost a days accomodation and car rental there.
That's not bad enough. I have come back and contacted the store manage Lisa, who had billed me happily initially. No luck. Despite repeat emails (lost count) to get refunded, no luck. Doesn't even respond to emails. Tried through Flight Centre and they have also tried to get this sorted. Could not help despite their genuine efforts. Kept redirecting me back to contacting her. 6 months in and I am talking to the Ombudsman. Very very disappointing.
Do yourself a favor, skip this joint. There are many other small personalized operators out there who will give you gold class service.

Absolutely poor in every way possible. Even with all the negative online reviews they are still unable to respond in a professional manner. They have no customer service skills at all. They never answer the phone, they never return your call, they take way to long to respond to your email. They wash their hands of any responsibility.

Absolutely terrible and will never use them again. They don't answer phones and their customer service is probably the worst I've ever experienced. To top it off we got stranded overseas at an airport when we went to check in. We discovered it was because Flight Centre had not confirmed the flight with the airline despite us having already paid for the flights. Be very cautious with booking any flights through this centre if you don't want to get stranded. We did not even receive an apology from them for their stuff up.

Second Flight Centre I have tried in the area. Shutters are down, bookings only. Doesn't answer phone calls to make a booking and email address posted on shutter bounces. Imagine if you booked a holiday and you couldn't get a hold of anyone if something went wrong. Staff shortages are no excuse for answering the phone or having the store open and letting people know they need to book.

Absolutely TERRIBLE Service, Never again.

They don't pickup the phone, voicemail box are full, dont' return calls and emails have a standard response saying emails won't be responded.

I haven't received a response for the last 3 weeks and it's still stuck.

What's worse if we walk in they say we won't take walkins unless you have an appointment, and there's no way to contact them to take an appointment.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE, If you ever thought you want to go with a travel agent with a physical presence so we can get service look elsewhere because here you'll only get frustration.

Appalling, appalling, appalling service. I was due to travel to South America on Wed 2 March. I could not reach my agent for over 3 weeks prior to make enquires and to get my tickets, which I’d paid for in October. At 5: 30pm on Mon 28 Feb - less than 48 hrs before departure - she calls me to tell me the airline had cancelled my tickets. However that had happened over two weeks prior and I wasn’t notified. Since then, I can’t get a response to emails or phone messages about my refund and complaint. I’m out of pocket $5k and no communication from them. A message to their CEO rendered no reply. A voice message asking for a call back from their manager this Tuesday rendered no reply. Crickets is all I get. If you want to get appalling service after your money has been taken, this is the place to go… no stars is what I would offer.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t buy your tickets there, specially with Ashlee Carlson. As soon as they have your money, the worse customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. They overcharged and misleaded me. As soon as I arrive in Australia we’re going to court, no doubt.

Great organization and pricing of our holiday to South America. Flying with Latan air we were able to get internal flights cheaper that meant we added Patagonia which ended up being one of our favourite destinations. Thanks Toni for you advise and punctuality.

The ABSOLUTE WORST! Completely destroyed our honeymoon. Wished we booked it ourselves. Paid for zero expertise. Word of advice to the community. STAY AWAY!
