We have been dealing will Gemma at Rowville for many years now and have found her to be very informative and reliable. She goes out of her way to get us a good deal with great tips on what to do and see. She always gets back to us quickly and we trust her with out business every time we travel.

Rufus Lietz is a very professional and knowledgable travel agent. He is well travelled so that helps. He booked us a 6 week trip to Europe that included a 10 day coach tour from Rome to Paris, single day coach tour from London, APT Budapest to Amsterdam River cruise, hotel accommodations in several locations and long distance train trips within France. The trip was extremely smooth without a single hitch. We got back a couple of weeks ago elated and joyous from a wonderful trip. So much so that as soon as we returned we contacted Rufus to book us another trip to Japan in March/April next year. Rufus is a super dude ;)

Initially we had booked a cruise with another Flight Centre store, which unfortunately closed due to covid. Our booking was then forwarded to the Stud Park store, and Lauren assigned to assist with managing the booking. Ultimately the cruise was cancelled, and Lauren assisted us with the process of requesting a refund. Whilst it took a while to receive the refund, the service we received from Lauren was professional, polite and courteous, and we were kept up to date along the way.

The flight center at Stud Park has been exemplary in their attendance to our needs, especially during COVID, Rufus, their manager has excelled in his responses to our questions during these trying times and has been successful in achieving a full refund for our cancelled holiday.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this shop for any future travel needs you may have.

I had a number of bookings with flight centre and they have responded and refunded my money as flights have been cancelled. Flight centre have kept me up to date with developments and I have no hesitation in recommending Flights Centre. I will continue to use Flight Centre at Stud Park.

Got cheaper flight tickets than I could by booking directly, no matter how I tried. Don't know how they do it. Guess the internet won't put them out of business yet.

Had a few moments and wanted some information booklets on Malaysia for our upcoming holiday plans, was wonderfully surprised by the professional lady that greated me and answered my most basic questions. Not only did I walk away with a handful of information but I gained personal experience and secret places to visit from the staff members at flight center. We haven't booked our holiday as yet but even if it is slightly cheaper online I'd rather be greated with a personal friendly touch and visit this store again
