Flight Centre St James

Walked in to buy a ticket (online wasn’t possible) and was greeted by an employee saying ‘is it quick? Cause I’m busy’. Not even hello. Didn’t think that buying a plane ticket from a flight centre has became the equivalent of buying peanuts. We’ll be going elsewhere.

Great team especially Nick and Chris. Patient and easy communications. Have been using Flight Centre St James for many years. Happy with the services.

Booked a flight to the US through Flight Centre and their after-sales service is the non-existent. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I don't understand why you would get a job in customer service if you're absolutely miserable having to do the bare minimum at your customer facing job.

Had to follow up on flights to see if they got booked, when told they’d contact me that it was all done n booked

From Melbourne city office Michael Braham is a superstar! I was little hesitant to book form flight agent but Mick was super helpful! More importantly I was STUCK in OVERSEAS and had to change my flight and first Mick and his colleague Nick was sooo helpful! I'm forever grateful to buy my flights from them they made everything sooo easy! Amazing service!

This was my first experience booking with flight centre and it has been terrific.great customer service provided by Nick! He was welcoming and helpful choosing dates and prices! Will recommend to everyone who is confuse specially in covid time booking as every country has different rules and regulations but flight center is all info of flight rules and regulations! Cheers

I had to get a flight home due to a family emergency and they were terrific about getting me on the next available flight back to Qld

Hung up on once & given the run around three times! Great effort to all those in the, so called, "Head Office" in Brisbane. I guess anyone would love a job where you get paid to take the piss out of your customer's by hanging up on them & giving them dead end numbers to call.

Love the staff here, being able to call them up while on my break and book flights over the phone while eating my pork sandwich! It's so easy and makes my life run super smooth! Keep up the great work guys, highly recommend!

I loved my experience with flight centre, I had the loveliest agent; Ekin. She helped me enormously and managed to find the perfect flight for me! I could not be happier. I definitely recommend booking through Ekin, she's the most helpful and amazing agent I could ever wish for!

Whilst James (manager) came across as helpful and committed that he had price matched a short stay in Bali. This was clearly not the case and it cost me $185 more to book with him. Certainly won’t be visiting this flight centre store or his team again
