Trina has been fantastic, booked so many flights with her and tours, gets me the best flights with short stopovers and finds connection flights also gets great hotel deals, highly recommended

If you want expert, unbiased helpful practical advice from people who just KNOW and have travelled extensively then seek out those two!

Worst Travel Agent Rude staff that wont help with booking tickets or visas poor customer service an long wait times as well as 12 month waits on refunds
I suggest that potential customers go elsewhere. My wife and I arrived at Flight Centre Southland only to find that we required a prior appointment to be assisted. Unfortunately I cannot see this requirement advertised anywhere. This is not the level of service that we expected.
Our agent, Sean Tysson is brilliant, we had such complicated enquiry with connecting flights; and different family members travelling at different times; and Sean made all this appear so easy. However, now he seems to be on annual leave, and I am unable to find a general customer service email contact for flight centre at Southland, to simply confirm that our flights are as initially scheduled; and unchanged; as we are to board a return trip back to Australia next weekend. I would appreciate if someone from the team could tell me an email contact for this enquiry? Thank you!
No to impressed with them as I had an appointment and they cancelled 2hrs beforehand. I went to keysbrough and their service was brilliant
Rang and left a message to make an appointment. Then visited the store to be told they were fully booked, which is fine and understandable so I asked for the following week. I was told by the lady she had Wednesday if I was lucky, I asked for a weekend to her reply was I’m not here not sure of anyone else. She looked flustered. I said that’s ok I left a message when someone calls me back I will make a booking them to which she replied well we don’t listen to the voicemail until the end of the day and there would be 50 messages on there so we would be here until midnight if we had to call all back ️. I understand that times are busy but where has customer service gone in an industry that has lost money in the last few years
My 70 year old mother asked flight centre if she needs to be vaccinated to fly? Flight centre in Southland responded with Melbourne airport requires Vaccinations and all domestic flights require Vaccinations to fly.
I called up Virgin airlines and they said that this is not a requirement to fly Virgin.
This could of placed my mothers life in danger as she has pre existing medical conditions.
Before giving out false and misleading information staff at Flight centre need to be further educated.
I am extremely upset as this has caused unnecessary stress on the family.
We just went to flight centre to book flights back home to Europe and Trina was absolutely lovely!
She managed to get flights cheaper and quicker than anything we’d seen online, and checked all the current regulations and restrictions for us.

I had good experiences with them my grand mother had some issue but it was solved by them really quick.

Agent Trish (Patricia) Pavlou is the kindest, most helpful agent I've booked a trip with.
She was able to reduce my flight costs by $1000 which is just crazy. I think she went to a great deal of effort to find me the best price possible, unlike another agent I'd spoken to previously.
During my holiday I had to change flights and she was so quick to respond and offer the best solution. I felt like I was bothering her so often with questions but she was always so friendly and willing to help.
I hope her management sees this because she should be rewarded for outstanding customer service. I will definitely call on Trish to book my holidays in the future.
We booked a quick trip to Queensland with Wendy, she is amazing at her job and knows everything about everywhere.
MY wife and i have had a truly wonderful, seamless experience with our consultant Isabella Cilia, we found her to be professional and courteous and her attention to detail made us feel special.
Won’t be doing that again. Had to use you to get rid of some vouchers. Still ended up choosing the flights myself and practically doing everything on my own. Had to ask multiple times to have our frequent numbers added. Had to call multiple times due to lack of communication. Couldn’t get us booked in because the attendant (Kristen) put in the wrong passport number, meaning more of my time wasted on the phone to Qantas, just to realise her mistake!
Then to realise she had booked my partner and I at completely different rows in different seats.
Was meant to call my partner to confirm his flight, of course no call. Complete negligence! It’s your job not mine, so why was I constantly fixing mistakes? Not impressed in the slightest. Definitely won’t be using flight centre again!
My family and I have had the opportunity to have BRENNA JONES as our travel agent through Flight Center. She has gone above and beyond to help us with our trips and shown us her professionalism by doing so.
Isabella could not have been more helpful.

Staff on the most part are friendly and good to deal with but flight centre as an agency is very poor. READ THE FINE PRINT! They add fees and charges you wouldnt expect. They add insurance and other additions and you have to request for them to be removed. We got stung with massive cancellation fees when we wanted to cancel within 24 hours of booking - all in the fine print which admittedly I didn’t read. Non the less if we didn’t use flight centre we would not have lost as much money. Since this issue I have spoken to an ex employee who confirmed my concerns and recommended to never ever use flight centre! Book directly with the airline!
