Nicole was fantastic. We had to completely change our US /Canada trip Inc juggling flight/Accom cancellations and credits to use for a new itinerary. Done without fuss and very patiently with our limited timeframe and indecisiveness. She was awesome and I highly recommend her services. Will defs use her again.

I couldn’t speak more highly about Tayla in flight centre plenty valley. I highly recommended her when it comes to booking your trips. Tayla was very patient in assisting us and answering all of our questions as first time travellers. She is extremely well traveled and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have done it without her.

Very disappointed it’s 2023 and these people are super racist. The blonde lady have attitude problems as soon as we walked in. They profile you as soon as you step into the door. They didn’t even wanted to speak to us. We even asked to schedule another appointment to speak with another representative she refused and stated “you don’t need an appointment if you not gonna spend money here”. Helpless staff.

We booked & paid extra for an Exeutive suite at Mariners Nth Townsville with no stairs, when we got to Townsville, Flight Centre had booked a standard suite with stairs it just ruined our holiday, I've asked them to explain, they said they booked the holiday thru Expedia and blamed them, we had no knowledge of this, they said they will get back to me, haven't heard a word, something dodgy going on here?

Even while being super busy, they made time to see me and organised all the details for what I wanted. Only thing I suggest is do a little research yourself and then they can iron out details with you.

Please refrain from going here. The lady that claims to be the manager is the worst.

Highly recommend this lot and specifically working with Tayla there. She managed a complicated and stressful trip for me in a rush during the lockdown, and fully supported and guided me through the very complicated process to get in and out of the country. Will be going to her and them again. And thank you Tayla.

I've been a regular customer of Flight Centre for many years and the staff have always looked after me very well. The staff are very friendly, knowledgable and approachable. Their package deals are a highlight, you always come across hidden gems of places that you wouldn't have considered otherwise. Highly recommended.

We have had many set backs with Covid reschedules and credits but she has always taken care of making sure our experience was made simple and the outcome was achieved with very little impact.
