I can not speak highly enough of the love and support Emma and her team have given my family. My son was involved in a life altering motorbike accident in Bali and after life saving surgery over there we needed to get him home. This involved a lot of medical clearance and passport issues. Emma gave me her private number and was in constant contact after hours to get our son home. It certainly hasn’t been easy on any of us but forever grateful for all that you have done and the continued support in checking on him. Ben is now admitted to the trauma ward at the Alfred undergoing the first of many surgeries.

I had a complex holiday to book with flights, multiple countries, hotels, rail pass and some difficult insurance needs. Emma Wallace, my consultant was professional, enthusiastic, patient and efficient. We had three meetings over three days and got everything done including her finding some terrific bargains for hotels right in the middle of Zurich and Bern. It is great to have such an excellent resource operating back in our local area of Patterson Lakes and I look forward to planning more adventures in the future with Emma.

Having booked flights with webjet to Bali for my 30th and just going through Melbournes lock downs we weren’t able to use our flights, Courtney helped us get new flights and find three new destinations for us to go to and line them up perfectly with my 30th so I was celebrating in a beautiful place ‘Arlie beach’.

Flight Centre or should I say Emma Wallace organised a holiday for 8 of us from Melbourne to Adelaide, a train Journey on the Ghan to Alice Springs and then on to Darwin and return to Melbourne. She was amazing! She organised every thing including the accommodation and all sight seeing tours in great detail. She was so knowledgable and explained all aspects of the tour in great detail.
