Flight Centre North Essendon

Thank you Eden Britnell! I had the most fantastic time planning my South east Asia trip with Eden, and have a few more coming up thanks to him.

I can tell he's an asset to the team and I couldn't recommend him more. The whole team at North Essendon are fantastic.

Dreadful follow up service. Never use Eden Britnell! He’s next to useless. The company has a Don’t care, no responsibility attitude to everything they do! Am having the worst possible holiday I could have with no assistance & no recourse on the other side of the world. Booked double bed rooms, ended up with single beds! NEVER USE FLIGHT CENTRE MOONEE PONDS/ESSENDON AGAIN!

Was not told important information regarding the flight category I purchased. When I questioned the flight centre person, he just made light of it and actually said that another client was angry for the same reason. His lack of information to me cost $100's of dollars to me. I have used flight cantre for over 30 years. I felt totally unimportant and like I was taking up the person's time. Never again.

Have been chasing a Covid cancellation refund from Garuda for two years after booking through FC Niddrie. The Niddrie store closed down soon after and I was directed to the North Essendon store. Dealt with 3 different people at this store and was generally told "we are starting to see refunds but no eta on yours". Personally went in last week and was attended to by Jacqui the manager and provided all my details again. Jacqui followed up and sent a comprehensive personalised email response with her Garuda enquiries. Much more service than I've had to date. Even though I haven't resolved the issue yet, I was very happy she had taken the time to make direct enquiries with Garuda and get back to me within 48 hrs.

Booked a holiday with flight centre last year, was told everything would be fully refundable even though a second covid outbreak was on the horizon. Holiday cancelled the week before due to lockdown. Lodged for a refund in September and have been constantly strung along. Was told the refund had been processed on the 28th of February and would clear in 4-5 business days. Still waiting 3 weeks later, no one returning emails or answering calls in store. They are also holding Air new Zealand flight credits which we have asked for numerous times. First and last experience booking a holiday with flight centre

Escalated complaint as the store continually passed the buck. Complaint was was resolved promptly by FC customer relations team. Thanks.

I booked my travel insurance through the flight center Essendon.
Biggest mistake I’ve made.
I told Adele I wanted the best cover there was that covered me for everything and ended up with nothing!
Why are you booking travel insurance through cover more knowing that don’t cover anything?
Will never use flight center again.
Make sure you read the fine lines as you can’t trust the travel Experts.
