Flight Centre North Brighton

Great experience working with flight centre Patterson Lakes and since its closure with North Brighton. I deal with melissa Hagley who is a brilliant agent and great support for all my travel needs.

THIS IS THE REASON WHY I DO NOT TRUST FLIGHT CENTRE. SUSIE NOVAK YOU RUINED MY TRIP WITH YOUR CARELESSNESS! SHE MAY HAVE BEEN A GREAT AGENT PRE-COVID BUT SHE IS SLACK NOW! DECIDE BETWEEN SELLING HOUSES OR BEING A TRAVEL AGENT!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR VACATION WHILE SHE POCKETS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!
Totally disagree with every review given to this establishment. I booked partial tickets with Susie for my Europe trip after a great recommendation from a friend. I was hesitant to book through flight centre but I was assured Susie is trust worthy. She hassled me for payment months before my trip and ceased all contact with me after payment (I received no updates for my trip, no summary or even a “have a great trip email”). I wasn’t informed of any information regarding my flights, destinations or restrictions. I was advised I needed 2 vaccines and 1 booster for Morocco through Susie a few days before my trip (it wasn’t even Susie she told my friend these details and failed to inform me herself) and to my horror upon arrival to Lisbon airport I was advised I needed to do a pcr test as the booster was only valid for 6 months. Unfortunately I missed my flight, lost one night of accomodation, paid 150 euro at the airport for a pcr test, missed out on a tour at the Atlas Mountains, paid for an additional flight later that evening and am currently sleeping on a bench at Nantes airport @ 230am as a solo female traveller. Totally unprofessional and if you decide to be a travel agent you should probably work more than once a week and not advertise that you’re doing real estate the other days. Super disappointed and I feel cheated. You put me in danger and I’m also out of pocket $1000 aud, if you didn’t want to assist me you should’ve just asked a co worker to organise my trip instead of pocketing the commission for yourself. Bravo to Susie Novak for the worst service I have ever received, thanks for ruining my trip and making it impossible to get in contact with you any other day then Wednesday. I cannot imagine she is being overwhelmed with clients if she only works one day a week (she’s also emailed me saying that she stays in contact with her return clients so she must have a different standard for new clients? !?). I’ve got plenty of screenshots of me sleeping on a bench or how after she got paid I didn’t receive 1 email from her leading up to my trip. You must be sooo desperate for money to be treating clients this way that have trusted you while they are away in a foreign country. BE WARNED!
Oh and not to mention she hasn’t attempted to remedy the situation and completely ignored my email when I asked for her branch managers details. Totally unprofessional.

I've had such a great service organising and booking my trip to Darwin with Bianca! She is knowleadgeable, straightforward, pragmatict, professional as well as reassuring, emphatic and with a strong human touch. Qualities that were just perfect for me as a customer/traveller: a bit lost, undecided, and anxious booking my very first after-pandemic holiday (after suffering from COVID and Long-COVID myself). Bianca was able to advise me on the best options to suit my needs - with extreme patience yet without wasting a minute. Now I have my bookings with flights, hotel, and travel insurance everything in one place - and I am so excited to go! I'll be back to Bianca for booking my next trip to EU. After a well below average experience at the other Brighton Flight Centre I thought I'd try my luck again at this branch. Not only did Bianca fix all the other ticketing issues I had, Bianca was prompt with responding and clear with her communication. I will use this store again for future assistance.

Sophie and Susie have always been fantastic. They coordinated my flights and itinerary seamlessly. Very experienced in coordinating holidays. The only comment i have is to provide more staff and support for this amazing team. Theyve gone above and beyond, but we need to keep the pressure off the team so that they can provide a high level of attentiveness to all clients and not burnout.

Our link with this office has been long standing, since beginning of COVID. Our long awaited holiday had to be cancelled…… and that’s where the stress began. Staff helped us work through the elements for $ return. Trust in a consultant to do what they say, to be responsive is paramount. Though I’m not at all happy about what we had to do to access our refund, (and we are still waiting for one piece neatly 3 years later, but promised it is coming) it’s my view it was the inflexibility of other providers which were certainly having difficulties, but did not care about consumers rights. I am happy to support this consultant as trustworthy, professional and honest.

Suzie was fantastic to deal with. With everything going on with Covid and the lockdowns, I was always kept updated. Easy to communicate with. Will definitely be booking through them in the near future.

Hi we have found Susie to be one of the most help full and goes beond the service of other travel agents as we are all have differant places and great idears for our wonderfull holidays

Susie has been such a champion for us at every point. Starting with helping us to book our very first overseas family trip and then navigating the crisis of Covid, with all the confusion and stress. She made sure we were well looked after and stayed in constant communication with us.

Throughout this Covid disruption our dealings with Susie has been 100%
Susie has kept us up to date with our Refunds on Accommodation and Quantas Airfares that were booked prior to Covid.
Susie has work extremely hard to get through all of this uncertainty.
Even though Susie has moved Stores in between all of this we will still stay with Susie for all of our Future Trips. Her professionalism is second to none.

Excellent customer service! I have been in close contact with travel agent Susie Novak and could not recommend her enough. I had been booking a long and complicated 2020 Europe trip with Susie and she was incredibly efficient when helping us organise every aspect of our trip. Unfortunately, we had to cancel due to covid-19 and Susie was able to assist us with refunds and vouchers. Even under the extreme stress she and other agents were going through at the time, she remained calm and collected and was reassuring the entire time. Could not recommend Flight Centre enough, especially for big trips.
