Flight Centre Niddrie

Ive booked a few holidays with Flight Centre in Niddrie - and every time my experience gets better! The team at Niddrie are fantastic with their customer service and always offer great recommendations. Exchanging emails or visiting in store - there is always a friendly vibe and great service. In particular, I've had a great experience with my go-to holiday planner Jo. Jo is great to deal with, full of holiday tips & knowledge, and I will most definitely be booking more trips in the future with her and the team at Flight Centre Niddrie.

Debbie. Where do I start. What a wonderful woman. The legend of the room no matter what room she walks into. The first class seats to an airplane. I could go on. This woman dedicated so much just to help me plan my trip. Spent time organising things for me even outside of the workplace. Just an amazing woman. Cannot believe the effort she put in for us. Will definitely be coming back to her again and recommend Debbie for everyone who is planning their future trips.

The service I received was absolutely brilliant. Joanne Downey was so lovely to deal with and her knowledge and advice was beyond helpful. Every holiday I now book will definitely be with Joanne because her customer service was so professional and left me a very satisfied and happy customer. Wish more salespeople were like Joanne

Jo Downey helped my husband and I plan the most amazing honeymoon we could have ever asked for! We couldn’t recommend her high enough her experience and communication exceeded our levels of expectation, it was just incredible! We didn’t have any issues on our holiday and her planning ensured we could relax to our full potential and enjoy it to the fullest!
