Daniel saved a complicate flight change and turned the flight into a well-managed booking. I was more than happy with the resulting RT flight. Pleased with the result and with Dan doing his due diligence to remove the complications and obstacles involved with this arrangement.

Ashleigh recently helped me join onto a holiday with my boyfriend and his family. She was able to put me on all of the same flights and organise all of the paperwork in under an hour. The whole process couldn't have been any easier. She was so friendly and helpful from the get go. I would definitely look to Ashleigh in the future to help with travel plans. 10/10!

Booked 2 overseas holidays with Kathryn McInnes and I couldn't recommend her more highly (she should get 6 stars). In a industry where so much can be done online she is a star and shows if you offer great customer service customers will still book with a person over a machine. All the little things we hadn't thought of she had handled. We bypassed dozens of Flight Centers off a friends recommendation and we have doubt it it was the right choice. I can say she is officially a gun! HIGH RECOMMEND

This month my husband & I went to Port Douglas and Palm Cove for our honeymoon & we had the most amazing time all thanks to Lyndall Leslie. Not only did she gives us some amazing ideas and options on where to go & stay, she organised everything & provided us with the best customer service. We had our hire car, & resort room upgraded for free because she mentioned we were on honeymoon!

We booked 2 weeks in Fiji with Grace at Mornington Flight Center. Grace was very helpful and excellent to deal with through the whole process. We were the last flight into fiji before hurrican tomas hit - grace had that day off but called my mobile as soon as she heard about the hurricane hitting fiji - great service - highly recommended
