Special mention to Alanna, she's so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of her job. Today my fiancé and I walked into flight centre Lilydale without making an appointment. Immediately Alanna welcomed us in and was able to help us with a flight and accommodation package for our upcoming honeymoon in April at such short notice. Thank you for making this such a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend booking in any further travels with her in the future

QANTAS lost my elderly uncle's luggage on flight from England. Flight was booked through Flight Center Lilydale. Their response when asked for assistance? "Take it up with the airline".

Wasnt open on the weekend. Stupid decision in my opinion. Chirnside the same. Eastland had no free appointments all weekend. So Yous missed out on 11 flights and 11 X accommodation.

Lucy did an amazing job when helping me. She was able to answer all my questions when helping me organise my trip to Europe. She made sure I was getting the best quality service and had no problem finding out information for me. She ensured I was going to be looked after every step of the way seeing as I'll be travelling alone. Everything came together wonderfully

Went into Flight centre Lilydale Market place during the week to book a Fiji Holiday.i am taking my Family of 9 which includes my Kids Partners aswell. Leaving in Sept. I spoke to Lucy. Sat with her and went over our requirements. We have travelled there over 20 times so we know what we are after. Given the short notice we are open to Coral Coast or Denarau.

Its a $30,000 plus trip. I got an email from her asking for birthdate etc for all. I replied saying i wasnt sure of my kids partners dates so please just prepare the quote and we will fill them in later. I know there was work in arranging our quote however we lived 3 kms from the office so i went in as they are our local site. Suffice to say i never heard from her again. We have since booked elsewhere. LUCY appeared nice but i now know she had no interest in it all. She should really enter another field of work. ANNOYED by lack of interest.

Helpful young lady, she found 4 seats to Hobart for me one way $160 each, for next Feb I did not have a return date yet so thanked her and left, I sat outside on a seat near the Cafe, I found flights myself for $76 so it pays to shop around.

Have always found Flight Centre very accomplished at getting everything covered.all my information in one pack.did not need for anything else.all flights.there and back, baggage, times and info sorted.thankyou Flight Centre Lilydale

Thank you Jessica from flight centre for booking our long awaited flight to Darwin. We had a wonderful time catching up with my brother & family. Our flight went off without a hitch & we loved the seats on the plane.

This is the best example of disrespect for your customers.

Jessica was especially great at helping us choose the appropriate type of holiday and accommodation for our needs and tight availability. Then with pandemic restrictions she has been instrumental in dealing with all the machinations of changes, refunds, rescheduling, etc.and we were very grateful that she carried out all of that for us.

I have booked multiple trips with Ellie at Flight Centre Lilydale and have found her service impeccable. She is very knowledgeable in all the destinations we have traveled to and goes above and beyond to ensure our trips are enjoyable.

Great for flights, staff are helpful and efficient. Don't under any circumstances use for accommodation. You will pay far more for the same venues through booking agencies.
