Natalie Pappon at flight centre Brighton/Hampton assisted with booking our nz holiday, to then inform our group of additional costs/fees due to negligence after paying the invoice & it not being booked correctly, the week of our trip. 3 months later, we finally received a refund for her mistake - only due to getting consumer affairs involved. Would not recommend flight centre or Natalie to anyone looking to travel.

Booked us into a resort in Bali for $700 per night - the first night was in a dirty old part of the resort and we had to be moved to another sub standard resort on the last night because the resort had overbooked.
