17 After 3 weeks, I am still waiting for a return call from Traralgon. No one answers phone. Problem resolved after 3 phone calls to off shore call centre. One and half hours on phone. $74,00 fee to resolve my problem.
Flight centre, never again.

If I could give no stars I would. Incorrect information given. Funds due dates were incorrect, brought forward, and then told would have to pay $3000 if cancelled.
Funds paid by me were deducted from my travel partners due funds showing that mine were unpaid and over due.
Sitting in office while 4 staff are visible to me but only 1 serving customers. The only 1 serving customers asks customer to please wait while they get the music playing on Bluetooth speaker. After half an hour wait another staff decides she is ready to offer service. 3 minutes later I was out the door.
Traralgon is shocking, just trying to pay balance of our holiday can’t find out a balance or bank details.
No one answering calls or taking callback details it hangs up after 10 minutes.
Been in office twice and waited people lined up and no one there to take appointment or details.
Worst business I have dealt with.
And wine the last time.
Would have given a minus star if there was one.
Disgraceful and disappointing our time is also very valuable and hard to find without wasting any of it
Unfortunately flight centre Traralgon are not answering their phone. I have tried unsuccessfully three times each time ending with flight centre discontuing the phone call after 5 minutes. The voice says they have '14000 years of travel experience' but really we just need one person to answer the phone. Not everyone lives close by. I live over an hour away. Impossible to contact.
I will add i am trying to pick up my ticket.
Absolutely useless. Been fumbling around for months to try and use my flight credit and organise a holiday, only to be palmed off to Virgin. Face to face consults were cancelled and back and forth emailing proved pointless.
Very bad experience few months ago. Wanted to help local businesses during the pandemic but ended up me and my family stressing out due to poor communication and unprofessional approach. We are going again on holidays soon and I just booked ourselves through the airline website and it just took me minutes.
Worse travel experience ever! The staff in particular Kayla Ludbey is inexperienced, lies about cancelling a flight and difficult to get any refund (when the flight was cancelled within the hour due to ill health). 6 phonecalls, 2 in person visits, online complaint. We did receive a phonecall from a part-time manager. (no action) But apparently the manager is always away? Appalling non service. Wont ever use again.
We have spent a lot of money booking international flights with Traralgon Flight Centre in the past but our recent booking was by far the worst yet. Things that should have been straight forward seemed to be an effort for staff and almost seemed like they couldn't be bothered answering questions or enquiries that were important to us. I ended up seeking help from a friend who is a flight attendant to double check things as we got unclear answers from Traralgon Flight centre. Will be booking else where in the future.
My Aunty & I made an international booking at this branch, fairly simple & straight forward booking. However after the booking was made my Aunty & I realised that we had missed to inform the travel agent Shinaye about wanting to choose our own seating arrangement. No worries I said to my Aunty I’ll simply email Shinaye to inform her to simply add on seat allocation to our flight details & fix up any cash differences. This was on 1/09/22, it’s now 3/09/22 still no email from Shinaye. We also have not as yet receive the initial email containing our flight tickets that Shinaye told us she will email to us upon making the booking on 1/09/22. We were only given our travel itinerary documents & client copy of payment receipt but not our actual flight tickets. After returning to Melbourne as I’m originally from here I managed to pop into my local flight centre Bentleigh branch where I managed to get a print out of our flight tickets & also make the necessary seating allocation changes at the same time. We don’t blame Shinaye for our seating allocation mix up however the agent at the Bentleigh branch did point out that this could of been avoided had of Shinaye offered us if we wanted to choose our own seating arrangement at the time of the booking as part of a broad protocol. But the email containing our flight tickets well the Bentleigh agent would not care to comment further other than saying that this was also part of protocol to email clients their flight tickets upon completing the booking which we had made on 1/09/22, it’s now 3/09/22 still no email from Traralgon flight centre regarding our flight tickets & if I hadn’t of gone into Bentleigh flight centre I still would not have a copy of our flight tickets or make the seating arrangement changes.
I went in to book some flights & was told I need to make an appointment, earliest was a week. Went back & computer wasn’t working. Shinaye took my details & said she would contact me. 4 days later I rang them & eventually got through on the 6th time to be told shinaye would contact me. 2 hours later she rang & told me I had only 1 hour to pay. Still waiting on itenerary details 3 days later. Trying to ring & still can’t get through. So annoyed.
We are still on a Travelmarvel cruise finishing tomorrow 12/08/23. Our Flightcentre agent (Nicola Wells) is on leave found out via email, Shinaye answered our phone call but never rang or email us back. We are still waiting for response regarding our Talixo transfer from Manchester Airport to our hotel tomorrow and it is now midday 11/08/22 in Budapest. We had same problem getting to start of our cruise at Amsterdam. Talixo Services said there is a problem with our bookings. We prepaid all 3 transfers at Flight Ctr Traralgon. We are so stressed about these and no one even responds! Must contact Customer Affairs when we get back to Australia. What's the point of using a travel agent!
Sam at Flight Centre Gippsland is an absolute gem! She has saved our bacon over and over sorting our travel plans during the Covid chaos. So glad we booked everything through Flight Centre.
