Flight Centre Doncaster

Adrian Druber was excellent in helping to organise a recent trip to Hawaii. He was also in constant contact to help resolve some unforeseen issues while we were away.

Very disappointed with the service. Got a rude response from the agent when he heard the budget we had allocated for the holiday, instead of trying to work with us to provide the best possible outcome. Not at all the customer service that I expected.

100 starts if I could for Adrian Druber! Fought for every cent back of my 2020 Europe trip and kept me updated throughout the process. We have been communicating from 2020 until now and he has been so helpful, bubbly and reassuring all whilst having a great chat too. He is an absolute asset to this company and I will be recommending him to all I know️

My experience with the staff at Doncaster flight centre was absolutely horrible.
Staff were simply sitting in front of their computer chatting with one another they couldn’t care less i was like invisible to them no one bothered even to say how can i help you. After while me and my friend went to asked one of the staff who told us that we needed appointment to be able to get assistance. I really regretted going there and wetting my time.

Not happy with your customer care

Nobody answers the calls. We called several times within a week. We were put on hold and then the phone drops the line! In other words you get disconnected.

No wonder we are all opting to book online with web travel services. I question how these centres are still open.

Never open, need to make an appointment to come in but can’t make an appointment cause they don’t pick up ghd phone

In the past my rate was 5 stars.
When I have booked flights, insurance and hotels, for myself my family. That's when the staff was very helpful and friendly.

However, my last experience the same at this time.

When I attempted to book a flight for myself through the nearest Flight center.

First, I attempted to call. But, after several attempts calling the number I found online, I was only getting a recorded message that advised to call again later or to go straight to a nearest Flight center. I decided to go to make my way to the nearest center which was at Doncaster.

When I arrived at the Flight center shop I was surprised as there was no customers in the shop. The was x2 staff members present at the time and this was in the middle of Friday afternoon.

One of the staff asked if I had a scheduled appointment, and I explained that I tried to call but unfortunately no answer. The staff member explained they have been very busy maybe that's why.
I then asked if I could ask about flights and make a reservation. He explained I would have to schedule an appointment and the next available time would be in a week's time they were open between 09: 00-4pm.
I explained that I worked and if would be possible to schedule an appointment for the weekend? I was then told to call another Flight center to be assisted as that Flight center did not open on the weekends.
Lastly, I asked if would be possible to call the other center to book an appointment for me? The answer, no.

I would not call it a good experience after all.

No one answers the phone, you have to book an appointment, they don't work on weekends and are under staffed.

Only will see if you have a booking, even though 2 out of 3 staff members were surfing the internet on the phones when we walked in.

Helen Williams is our travel agent and has been since before she was at Doncaster. Years of experience and would trust her planning any trip for us even if she's not been there she recommends suppliers which we have never had problems with. Just booked our next trip to Eastern Europe with her and can't wait to tell her all about it.
