All the staff were busy when we arrived so we waited patiently for about 15mins. While waiting a male staff member had politely told us that it wouldnt be long. Then a female one was free to approach us but then she was stopped by another person who suddenly popped in and she decided to help that person to check their stuff first.
The female staff then came back to us as nothing had happened, without explanation or apology for letting others jump the queue.
Today's experience told us that whenever you came to this Flight Centre branch, just dont wait patiently there. Instead, you should grab anyone you can see and act more aggressively, then you can get timely services.
Ultimately, we decided to book our cruise trip via the cruise company website. More choices of rooms, same price and more importantly, save us lots of time from waiting and dealing with all the impolite people and unprofessional staff.
Steven Jackson from Flight centre cranbourne has been so professional. He has assisted me with my travel insurance claim after 11 months of wait with "cover more" no outcome Steven took over the case and within few weeks the issue was resolved as he promised. Highly recommend him if your travelling or planning to travel one of the best travel agents in town.

I would just like to thank Steven for organising a holiday to Greece. Everything was carefully planned and not one issue at the end everything was perfect. Great customer service, I wish him all the success and his job.
Had a really fantastic experience booking our trip to the UK. Stephen was very knowledgeable and helpful in organising flights, car hire, accommodation, insurance - and got us great prices on everything. 100% would recommend.

I went with Steven at flight centre Cranbourne to book a holiday to Mauritius and even after booking everything he has been super helpful and always happy to assist. During the booking process he broke everything down for me and made sure I understood everything, answering all the questions I had, found the best prices for me and actually seemed happy to help. It was great to have a conversation with him and his optimistic character has really stuck with me!

Getting through the phone that morning didn't happen after 6 tries and being hung up on 6 times, one would think flight centre could do a better job supporting their teams with more phone operators. How they expect the teams around Australia to book in, assist, guide consumers with the correct travel information and answer calls in this day and age is ridiculous.
Highly recommend speaking to Sandra in this flight centre not only dose she find you special deals that includes everything, but also gets amazing deals and helps you even when she's not working.
Couldn't have done this with out you Sandra you are honestly amazing.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. We had an appointment booked at 10.00 am for a 3.00pm appointment with Kim at Flight centre Cranbourne. Got to our appointment at 2.55pm and waited for half an hour and no representative approached us. Franchise owners need to do a better job handling their staff. When we approached the staff at 3.20 pm of when we will be seen and she said she had no idea we were waiting and she didn’t know she had a 3pm appointment which is utter nonsense. We got no apology and no ETA of when we will be seen. She just continued to chat with her current client and ignored us. The worst customer service experience.

I have not had a decent holiday in over 20 years, I’m now 40,
I was excited to finally book a holiday, when trying to discuss what I wanted from my holiday I was handed a book and was told here it has a QR CODE, what do I do with that?
Then was told everything I need to know was on the website.
I wanted to book it and ask questions, we where not even sitting at the desk, I was made to feel like an idiot and felt very unwelcome which made me leave, so I guess my holiday is now postponed.

Pay for accommodation in full the place is not acceptable and had to pay for accommodation elsewhere so all activity lost wait 7 days still waiting on refund more than lickley we the customer get screwed out of 1700 dollars this review will be removed once funds go back into our account
This is a company that is not coping well with post pandemic staffing levels. Disabling your phone system is NOT a good tactic.

Standing in the doorway I could see the agents were busy, so I waited standing patiently until a male member of the staff kindly asked if he could help me.
"I wanted to see one of the agents"
sure enough he asked me to take a seat until an agent was ready.finally one of the agents approached and asked if I had an appointment.huh? Since when? Nope, I had not.so I left.there weren't any signs to show you needed an appointment + I was told to wait for an agent —which one is it?
