Absolutely disgusting customer service, quoted a price and wouldn't accept a deposit and also didn't give any indication of when the price/sale would finish and when we called back to pay 3 days later was bluntly told sale is finished.condescending, rude and dismissive staff and manager. Girls if you hate your job then find one your happy in, and one your prepared to be pleasant with customers seeing as that is your role.
I would not recommend this flight centre, have now gone elsewhere and they have been accommodating and amazing to deal with.
You have to have an appointment to meet an agent there. It may take two weeks to have to book an appointment and you can't use their website to book your flight or cruise

Worst customer service, i think a training about customer centricity is essential in this branch. You walk in and no one acknowledge your presence, you feel so unwelcomed, never go back there.
Book the holiday yourself! Both days I arrived at 9am the doors didn’t open till well after 9am, with no apologies for their tardiness! Then I was kept waiting another 30 minutes for my appointment, only to find out that they had not even bothered to look into my holiday request from two days prior. Will never be using Flight Centre again!
Caroline springs branch, the manager is rude. Bought 2 round the world tickets with compulsory price drop guarantee cert.but when I furnished the price drop evidence did not answer my calls or reply to email.
Its a shame that they make the customer walk in to resolve the issue while they say they are too busy to answer the phone and reply an e mail.

arrived all ready to book a holiday of a life time was told I needed an appointment, that's fine but place was empty and was for the next 45 minutes.very poor customer service.ended up spend allot of money with another travel agent.
Went in to speak to someone about booking a holiday, was ignored for a good 10 minutes then finally when the girl stood up from her conversation, she said "oh we are closing soon so book online for an appointment". The staff were so rude, don't even acknowledge clients. They should be more careful as their jobs are hanging by a thread these days.
I really don't understand how this branch is not open on weekends and after 5PM. Many of us work full time and cannot take time off to come to this branch. We had to go elsewhere.
Booked a flight to Honolulu with this store, however our flight got canceled and then rescheduled for an earlier time, It was flight centres obligation to notify us of this as the airline notifies them, they didn't notify us and we missed our flight.
Don't get your holiday ruined. Avoid
Staff were good but having to book 10 days in advance just for answers to a question which should take no more than 2 minutes to resolve. Turned me off flight centre. Did my booking on line
On 22 March 2022 I called to make enquiries and based on the answers I was going to make a booking, I got through Amanda who refused to answer any questions and sternly advised that I needed to make a booking, I did state that I wanted to travel soon without asking how soon, she stated again that I needed to make a booking for an appointment as I could not walk into the store, I asked about the availability of next booking and she advised that the earliest is in about a weeks time and then stated she could not talk as she was busy with another client, she was obviously not interested in listening to me any more as I was possibly deemed to be a nuisance and Hey, travel business was booming so me as a customer could afford to be ignored, she had obviously forgotten where the travel industry was within the previous 2 years! I had obviously wasted my time and hers by trying to make enquiries and a booking! Feeling quite annoyed, ignored and angry, I looked up and called Helloworld Travel in Melton, my enquiries were answered and I booked 2 air tickets from Melbourne to Los Angeles and flew out on 24 March 2022. If Amanda takes the time to listen to any callers before trying to fob them off, she might get the chance to understand that some people may want to travel very soon, not wait a week for an appointment. Thankfully there are other Travel Agencies around that are willing to listen to callers before subtly ignoring them!
It was my first time ever booking with flight centre, and I'm so glad I did! Not only was my fare cheaper than expected, but the service given was phenomenal. Annie, my flight agent looked through all my possible dates and routes and ensured that all my extra flight requirements were met. 10/10 and thanks Annie!

Annie managed to help fixing up an already issued ticket, communication was great and emails with details are of quality work from the day we booked to the help we got when circumstances changed. Thanks again.

I spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to sort my trip to Thailand out online and could not get through. I called at flight centre Caroline Springs to be told I had to do it online because I booked online.a few weeks later I called again and spoke with a lady called Amanda she made a.appointment with me I went in today and Amanda sorted everything out for me her customer Service was exemplary so kind and thoughtful highly recommend them
