We booked our first holiday to Singapore since lock downs, and Mallory was an absolute delight. She took in to account our budget, the things we wanted to experience, and how we wanted to relax. It was seamless with no issues before or during the trip.

After having lost over $400 in tours booked through Helloworld in Rosebud due to total lack of communication on their part, I have had my faith restored in travel agents after dealing with Olivia at the Flight Centre in Mornington.
She was polite, helpful and kept me informed on everything from what was needed to enter Bali, late checkout for the hotel and possible Jetstar delays without having to ask. Great Customer service, well done.

It might be the way Flight Centre operate, I have had the same experience with other stores - consultant is always on a day off or with another client when you call, always send through key information / late in the afternoon asking for confirmation before CoB. It always feels a bit "car sales man" like.

The staff couldn't be more helpful. Booked a domestic flight and they arranged everything including flight insurance. They made it all so easy for us. Highly recommended.
