Flight Centre Bendigo

Never go with flight centre Bendigo -appalling service, still waiting on a name change for tickets but lucky we didn’t rely on this to be actioned & just got tickets we needed ourselves, another business ripping people off - shame on the guy (Ted from Bendigo store) who gave the run around, his phone manner again nothing but horrendous - put these people into training so they learn basic communication skills - remember you wouldn’t have a job without customers!

These guys are always busy, but making an appt makes everything go smoothly. Lovely people to talk to about travelling.

I have always chosen flight centre bendigo as my first option in bookings but recently I have senr email and left messages for call back and have not received any response. Its like thay are doing so well they dont need anymore customers. I feel terribly let down.

Was a terrible experience. No help at all. Asked for details on a specific destination, said they would email me with details. I'm still waiting for the email. Tim Eason from Bendigo flight centre, didn't give us a quote or any pricing at all. We've booked with another travel agent. We'll never use flight centre again

Poor service beyond belief. Return flights to Hobart request on 2/11/22 and still today no confirmation. A paying customer shouldnt have to follow up with any business multiple times. Either under staffed, poor attitude or a combination of both.

Our up coming holiday planned with Liam from Flight centre has been so good to put together, a real team effort from Myself and him.

It took this store 30 minutes to do our booking for flights to Cairns. Very Happy with results. This flight centre got straight back to us where Flight centre in Mitchell St still haven't got back to us. We were waiting on a reply since 25th Jan, and still waiting on a email, with detail of flight. Very poor service at that flight centre. Go to Flight Centre at Kangaroo Flat. Best service ever Thanks Nicki

Have used flight centre prior to covid and was excellent. Tried again recently and service was pathetic. Followed up by phone and email 3 times and got no response from consultant. Don't know why they bother opening the doors at Bendigo, the guy I saw was worse than useless.

Feel as though I need to reply to your reply. I did go in there.rang, made an appointment, went to the appointment and was told I would have an email with itinerary that afternoon. Rang and even went in there again after 3 days in case my 3 messages hadn't been passed on. Consultant was conveniently away and I was assured I would have something in the new week. Still nothing! Please accept that your office and staff need serious attention and stop making excuses.

Flight Centre Bendigo made my family holiday the best ever.
Britt in the Bendigo office went above and beyond with support and making sure we had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble, even making little packages for my kids Christmas surprise and for them to find out we were going on our first family holiday. I can never Thank Britt enough for what she has done for my family

Poor form. Saff couldnt be bothered to provide service despite all requests done in writing. Ended up booking my own flight to Europe online. 6 tickets $8K of business they couldnt be bothered about

Loren was great! Knew her stuff and helped us out with her professionalism. Highly recommend Flight Centre - we've used them a number of times without any issues. Don't book online - face to face is best and this is their strength.

Loren made booking a trip so easy, she had answers to all my questions, and responded very promptly. She is very caring and put together my dream trip for me. I very feel very safe in knowing that Loren has looking after me and if anything was to go wrong I have her helping me, this is essential in today climate. Could not recommend Loren higher BOOK WITH HER.

Nikki is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We took up hours of her time - she was fantastic.

Fantastic customer service from Nikki - Mitchell Street Bendigo. She went above and beyond as we encountered problems even after the tickets were confirmed and paid for. Two and a half hours to organize two separate flights to a Greek Island. We wanted a good price, one stop over, short connection times, good airline company and match up with domestic flights. Nikki patiently waded through all the information to get deals we were happy with and solved a problem with one of my flights a few hours later. Much appreciated:)

Will not use flight centre Bendigo again. Poor service by Alex Perry & Mel. A very derogatory text sent by Mel to Alex Perry was accidentally sent to my husband's phone. Left a message for manager Cassy to call us to no avail. We booked our hotel in Manila ourselves at lot cheaper price than quoted by Alex Perry. We have been long time customers of flight centre, but no more. We will book on line ourselves from now on.

Very helpful in explaining the answers to a lot of questions I had for a first time overseas traveller.although one thing was not explained that I found in the books given to me about the countries I'm travelling to. It's something that the staff member should know about that either forgot or didn't know.

I have used Flight Centre Bendigo for 2 international trips in the last 3 months and Nikki was fantastic. Very responsive to communications and is very professional and efficient. I will use Nikki and Flight Centre for future bookings for sure. I also reaped the rewards of the Price drop guarantee and had a $400 credit which I used on latest trip. This is from purchasing the Captain’s package and finding a cheaper matching airfare prior to leaving. Well worth it if you don’t mind doing your research!

Melissa at Flight Centre Bendigo helped make our Gold Coast family holiday a seamless one! Melissa organised everything - flights, travel insurance, car hire and even theme park entry! No detail was missed. Plus she couldn’t have been more helpful when we added extra people and car hires to our booking at late notice!
