Sam (Samantha) at Flight Centre provided me with amazing customer service. She arranged everything from flights to airport transfers to accommodation. Although I did not end up booking accomodation through Flight Centre as I was able to book it cheaper directly through the hotel and Flight Centre was not able to match the accomodation quote due to their own policy, Sam gave me great accomodation recommendations. Thank you Sam! I would definitely book my next holiday with Flight Centre and specially Sam.

Although we have travelled extensively through Europe we found that the assistance we recently received through Flight Centre Balwyn was invaluable. In particular we were blown away with the service provided by Jessica. Apart from being so kind and friendly she was extremely knowledgeable and her willingness to go above and beyond our requirements was exceptional. Jess was super helpful in planning my trip to Vietnam. She has helped me with two trips there, finding the cheapest and most direct flights with an airline that would still be comfortable. She made getting travel insurance a breeze and helped with organising travel visas and transport from the airport to hotel. Not only that but when we had issues with the airlines changing flights she sorted everything from her end so we didn't have to worry. Xander and his team were fantastic helping my wife and I organise out 5 week USA trip.
He found flights cheaper than I could in my own research; organised the car hires, train tickets, hotels the suited our styles, and had back up options ready in case anything went wrong - which nothing did!

Nothing but a positive booking experience. I would recommend Xander. He is knowledgeable, understanding and personable. I got nothing but a great deal and would recommend without hesitation.

Had an absolutely terrible experience with flight centre Balwyn. Tried to book a Croatia sail through the company “Sail Croatia” as my friend and I had heard a slightly older crowd tended to book with them. We were lied to and told that Sail Croatia was owned by busabout, upon arriving for the tour we were told these two companies are no affiliated with one another at all. We ended up having a horrible week surrounded by people much younger than us. Definitely do not book with Alyssa Courts, she is the one that caused us all this trouble. She advised us she would speak to her manager but never got back to us, when I inquired again she responded very defensively and would not admit fault.

I booked some flights and accommodation with a young guy at this store and he was very helpful, friendly and had some great suggestions for my trip this summer. I also went in a week after I had paid, as I wanted to ask some more questions and I spoke with one of the ladies there and she was also fantastic and made my life very easy. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them for help with travel.
