7If i could rate them a zero i would. Horrible disgusting careless service provided by this place. Sophie booked my train tickets from Paris to Italy yet did not put my email address as a contact in case anything changed. On the morning we were supposed to catch our train from Paris we discovered there was a landslide between France and Italy and all trains were cancelled. Flight Centre were advised of this cancellation weeks in advance and refunded our money by the train company YET no one in flightcentre altona contacted us to let us know our train had been cancelled. We were stuck at Paris Gare de Lyon train station at 5am with no train! They had completely missed the email communications from the train company to them! COMPLETELY CARELESS!
Sophie from the Altona store has been booking my last couple of trips and she’s amazing! Always replies quickly, always finds me the best deal, always reassures any concerns I have. I’ll never book anywhere else!
My flight centre employee Emma was super helpful and put me at ease. As usually their staff are super helpful.
Still eating on a credit since the 1st of June, Virgin airlines are blaming flight center and flight center is blaming virgin, don't care about their customers, flight was cancelled due to covid and when I booked was told no problems getting a credit
I'd be cautious of any Flight Centre reviewed by "Leigh Saliba" below given he works for Flight Centre, and manages the area.
Excellent service provided by Hayley when organising my dream trip to Africa to go on a 16 day Safari. She was very quick to respond to my questions and was very helpful in putting together my trip.
Emma was amazing and helped us get our refund for our cancelled holiday. Can't wait to travel again soon, will definitely book with her again ️
