You're better off booking directly through an airline or Webjet. We booked flights through Flight Centre and needed to cancel due to COVID restrictions. Got told by Flight Centre that we would forfeit our money according to the airline's policy. Rang the airline directly and were able to cancel with no penalty and within their policy guidelines. Not sure what's going on at Flight Centre but customer service is a shadow of its former self.
