Flight Centre

I’ve had dealings with flight centre Kew on a number of occasions. They have been great especially Shane who is always happy & helpful with our requests.

Slow to refund moneys for service not delivered.
Quoted crazy high prices for flight to Vanuatu, compared to pre COVID. When we contacted Air Vanuatu direct, the air fare was in fact $700 cheaper than quoted by Flight Center! Not happy Jan!

We missed our train from Paris to San Sebastian. I emailed Liam and he called me back, offered options plus said he could cancel some of our other train connections and car hire if we wanted - this is why you use a travel agent! Liam's knowledge and service since we first saw him in February is amazing and I can't recommend him highly enough. Thanks so much Liam and your team at Flight Centre, Kew.

Yet another awesome experience with Liam. Just finalised our fifth trip with him which like the first and everyone in between, was managed with professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and expertise. Customer service 101 and seamless. No hesitation in recommending his services and would not even consider going elsewhere. Thanks Liam, you're a star mate - Bon Voyage!

We recently transferred to Flight Centre Kew for out travel needs and the experience has been positive.
Existing travel issues have been successfully resolved and new travel booked.
Options for trips have been explained and best offers accessed.
Documentation has been provided in a timely manner.

Wouldn't even rate 1 star, but couldn't leave review otherwise. Walked in no smile, no greeting just do you have an appointment. TOTALLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. THEY ALL NEED TO RETHINK THEIR CAREERS. IF YOU DONT LIKE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY, GET ANOTHER JOB! WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE, WOULDNT GO THERE IF IT WAS THE LAST FLIGHT CENTRE ON EARTH.

Thought I'd use my local flight centre. Just wanted to ask a few quick question's but the response was very off handed. I understand you need to make an appointment but with no one in the shop and two staff sitting there, only needed 10 minutes to ask a few quick question's.

Tried phoning this Flight Centre a dozen times to amend an instore appointment through a variety of different numbers advertised online and through the Flight Centre Service Desk. Never got through! Imagine if we had of booked with them and needed their support? Not wasting anymore time following up on our instore appointment and won't be booking flights.

Liam Garvey is THE BEST travel agent! We have been planning international trips with him for years - and he always goes over and above, nailing every detail. We have two small kids and he always thinks so carefully about how to maximise comfort, convenience and cost efficiencies for our travels. He provides support around the clock too, not sure if he ever sleeps:) Very excited for our next holiday!

Went in store yesterday just to ask a few questions with my partner as we wanted to book a trip home, we needed an appointment which we didn’t have - fine fair enough. However there were 3 ladies sat there at their desks having a chat to one another when we walked in and not one customer to be seen. We then said no problems can we just ask one quick question to which we’re told no they don’t have time. I work in customer service myself and find it appalling. We then called around a few other flight centres in the area to whom were much more friendly and nicer & managed to answer our questions. I do not rate the customer service here nor shall I return because of it.

Very helpful, efficient and friendly when booking a flight, specially if you need to do stop overs. They always have good advice.

Alex was fantastic and helped us end to end with our US girl's trip. Bearing we had three different class seat requirements and multiple internal flights, really happy with our itinerary and price.
