Tina at flight centre at Tullamarine was so extremely helpful under such inconvenient circumstances. This was during the optus outage so her work phone and computer was down, however she did everything she could and ended up helping us with our rush visas for vietnam. She was kind and calm and went above and beyond for us, in such a stressful day. We couldn’t thank her enough:)

This woman called me passive aggressiv and didn't serve me bc I told her that I didn't want to insert my credit card but rather just tap it. I had the feeling that she really hates her job.

I have been dealing with James and he has been incredible, always helpful and looking out for my best interest

Thursday 10th November, an Indian type nationality young girl was there, her English was not up to scratch, empathy zero, manners zero, ability to help zero, switched on zero! I missed my flight to Fiji because after booking online, yes I was told the covid vaccination certificate was required, but they neglected to tell me that travel insurance was also mandatory. Nowhere in the pdf requirements I was sent was this mentioned and not even a mention of it online and all this inexperienced excuse of an employee could say is was if you booked online you are responsible and I cant help you! As a mandatory requirement this should have been mentioned, as why was only the vaccine certificate mentioned? Careless, incapable and unprofessional Flight Centre and that staff member in particular today was hopeless and a bad reflection of Flight Centre, appalling and unacceptable! So much for being an Australian Company and helping Australians wanting to go on holiday whether it's in person or online. How can something mandatory not be mentioned to you? I wasn't the only one that at the airport today in the same boat that was having the same bad experience from flight centre about the same thing! Please care more, please employ capable staff.

I came during the week they say closes at 6PM but was not open at 4: 30PM when I arrived.

Today Sunday close time is 5PM and now the time of writing this is 4: 14PM and it’s closed as well.

Had to book threw flight center Melbourne airport on Sunday and had James linfoot he was Amamzing got staght to the point well done to James linfoot

James Linfoot was extremely helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to travellers.

Flight centre -Melbourne airport. Dale, unprofessional staff member, calling a customer ignorant because the customer asked him if he would get a refund as Esta application didn't go through. He was very disrespectful.
He even denied being the site supervisor.
What a disgrace.

Nick was fantastic! Airports can be a stressful place, especially when looking for last minute flights! I went seeking advice from the Flight Centre desk and found Nick to be an excellent help. (I had started at the Qantas desk and met a very unhelpful customer service attendant!) He talked me through my options, making an effort to give me clear and helpful guidance. Thank you Nick!

RIP OFFS! DON’T USE! SEEK ALTERNATIVES! The guy tried to convince us our only option was to pay $450 each for an emergency vietnam visa, pressured us and gave us hectic sales pitch. Saying because it was a weekend we had no other choice. Was a fast talking salesman basically. We researched online to find that you can get emergency ones in under an hour for a quarter of the price (even on a Saturday after hours). So happy we didn’t get sucked into his sales pitch and did our own research. Successfully got our visas and saved over a thousand dollars!
