Having not travelled for a number of years, we were unsure where to start our booking process. We took some dates and destinations to Flight Centre Mordialloc, and Montana patiently and expertly helped us to stitch everything together. She was highly responsive to communication, both before and during the trip, and always accommodated our requests. We highly recommend this travel agency.

Thailand was our annual escape until COVID. We have missed it terribly since our last holiday in 2019. We had been meaning to book it again since the opening up again however have been delaying due to the common stories of delayed and cancelled flights, lost luggage and exorbitant prices. Well, we decided regardless of all that, we really need it. At the same time, our daughter and I were doing our Saturday thing at the cafe next door to Mordialloc Flight Centre, which is normally closed on a Saturday but it was open! I had been meaning to get there for months during the week. We dropped in and met Kara and felt that she just wanted us to plan the best holiday for us - no selling, just really good questions about what we were looking for. A couple of weeks later and many questions from me and we are all booked following fantastic advice on flights and accommodation. If they had not been open on that day, I am guessing we would still be procrastinating whilst prices are sky-rocketing and instead, wife, daughter and I are just so looking forward to a long overdue Thailand escape. I recently went into Flight Centre Mordialloc looking for a flight to Beverly Hills, where I had the most amazing experience with the lovely Kara last Monday!

Flight center Mordialloc staff are very helpful.
It was so easy to book our flight with Courtney, after so many emails back and forth to Courtney, she attended very professionally and with calmness.

I have worked with Mickie for years at flight centre and was a bit reluctant to go back after he left as I was so used to him. I made an appointment to see Kara. Kara was absolutely amazing. Wasn’t too impressed getting my airline tickets, not much information given to me, it was all too quick,
just an envelope, all I got was some highlighted sections on the documents, I’m a senior Cit I had to ask a lot of questions about Covid restriction’s, and booking in I wasn’t asked if I need any help with ticketing or any other help required.ie no e tickets, no info how to book in at airport, it’s as if I should have known things these reps are supposed to be seasoned travellers or experienced, It’s as if we’ve got the booking and your money bye! Too busy on the phone.

Awesome experience with Courtney! So friendly and helpful. Was able to get us some great prices and had really good advice:)

Walked in to get a quote, despite there being no customers in the place we were told it was an 8 day wait for an appointment.
Went home and booked flights with a different travel agent.
Don’t understand the sense in sending paying customers away for an 8 day wait!
Flights cost us $9000 too so there you go flight centre - you lost that and any future custom!

Thank you Courtney for sorting our flights. You were patient and extremely efficient at a time when you are so busy due to staff shortages.
