I had the best experience with Yvette at Flight Centre Bentleigh.had to book tickets leaving from Melbourne, and some people leaving from Perth to Singapore and Europe.flights and connections were perfect, hotels choice spot on and insurance was well researched. And I think the best part was the advice from Yvette, from personal experience.eg what ticket to buy for the Eurostar, so where our carriage was situated on platform was not far to walk for my elderly mother.do yourself a favour and book an appointment to see Yvette.
Thanks Yvette! You turned a daunting task into a fun experience. Will definitely be seeing you again for future travel arrangements.

She made each step so easy, and it was lovely dealing with someone who was as excited as we were about our holiday. Nothing was too difficult for her, and we'll definitely be booking our next holiday with Chelsea. 5 stars all the way!

Horrible experience. Walked in this morning. Three ladies behind the counter. All completely ignored me, didn’t even acknowledge my presence and continued typing away. Waited awkwardly for 5 minutes for some sort of acknowledgment and assistance and received nothing. Walked out in frustration. Customer service is so appalling.

I have used Flight Centre Bentliegh for over 20 years and highly recommend them. Every single booking was and is made super easy and super professional. From family trips to romantic get away have been booked with total knowledge, guidance and understanding to our needs. Shoutout to Stephanie for her amazing care she provided. She books every holiday like we are family. Thank you for always organising and making sure we have the best time.

I would highly recommend avoiding this Flight Centre branch if you don't want issues with your booking. And if this branch is representative of other Flight Centre branches, then I'd advise avoiding the company altogether. In fact, rather just book direct.in this case it would've been the same price, but with less headaches as the airline is then able to assist.

The short story is flight centre stuffed up my infants booking, they never properly ticketed it. And when they did eventually ticket it (after I found out when trying to check in online), they separated it from our booking so I couldn't check in online at all. At the airport, they told me my infant did not have a booking so could not travel. My only saving grace was a screenshot the flight centre agent provided me with the infants e-ticket number after I requested multiple times for evidence. (She initially told me it's normal that the infant was not showing up on my eticket).

**UPDATE: despite saying this feedback was passed on and that someone from the team would contact us shortly, we haven’t heard a thing! **

Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service! My husband made an appointment for the 25th of January to attend the Bentleigh branch so we can discuss our travel plans for our overseas wedding and honeymoon. An hour before the appointment, the agent called to cancel to due having ‘double-booked’ but said she would get some options to us via email by the end of that week instead as we had already outlined everything we needed. We didn’t receive any options as promised, so I emailed to follow up and got absolutely no response. I understand agents are busy with the high demand for travel post-Covid, but it’s extremely rude to cancel an appointment an hour before it’s due to commence and to not follow up after doing so. It’s almost been 2 weeks since the canceled appointment and we haven’t heard a thing. Organizing a destination wedding is stressful enough, without the added stress caused by Flight Centre. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Disaster if you call you never actually get through to speak to someone if you go in-store you then have to make an appointment had to wait two days for that which ended up costing me alot of extra money for flights

They are back in business, you will have to book appointments or e-mail to get to talk to them about trips, ask for 1 hour as it might take time to organise your next trip. When you you get to talk to them they are very helpful and patient in helping you

I have been a client at Flight Centre for over 10 years.
I am now finding the service appalling. I booked a cruise through the Chadstone branch. The agent never got back to me to finalise details. She was supposed to look into my account for a refund that was due from P&O.
Not a word. Not one text. Complete silence. Not impressed at all. I will not be using that branch again.

I am appalled at the customer service from this Flight Centre. I rang and visited them in mid January to discuss travel overseas for my wedding. Not only did they not assist me with any information about the locations I enquired about, they never got back to me at all! I called them twice in two weeks. I understood the current situation regarding covid rules changing, however, not to even get a call back or even a draft itinerary was ridiculous - especially something so special. Never go to this location.

They ok, impossible to contact branch on phone. And they made mistakes with spelling on my booking. Place is too busy, they do their best good service.

I am pretty sure that this business already is closed down. For I tried to contact them over the phone, over their website and by email to cancel a booking, but unfortunately no answer. How do you explain that misbehaviour? In Greece they say; on the dean's door knock as much as you like. Never you'll get an answer! Thanks.

I've just returned after travelling to Scotland and back - I had an exemption to travel on compassionate grounds and the team at Bentleigh Flight Centre were brilliant. Always quick to respond, put up with lots of panicky phone calls from me when flights were cancelled - just great to deal with and lovely to have a team that really cared. Deb, Steph, Lori and co - you were brilliant. Highly recommend. Thank you.

For years I have booked my own travel but a friend recommended the Flight Centre in Bentleigh, so I gave them a go and that’s when I met the lovely Deborah. She is very friendly and goes over and above to assist me. She has years of experience and thinks of things that I don’t which is very useful and has saved me money. It’s nice for a change to have someone to do all the hard work for you and you have them to fall back if/when some travel plans don’t pan out due to unforeseen circumstances. Would highly recommend!
