6Flight seats already secured now flight centre advise seats unbooked. How? Why! Still no answers
Very helpful and friendly staff. We went in not knowing where we wanted to go, there were a few options offered to us. In the end we picked a place which the staff member was then able to build a package around. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. The staff member was very knowledgeable. I feel the price was really good for what we are getting out of it. I would definitely recommend this flight Centre and the staff member MEGAN HOLMBERG. Accessing this store was very easy, it's located right on Bay street in Port Melbourne. They are open on both Saturday and Sunday. There are plenty of specials on and they even offer 9 month interest free financing. Definitely worth a look next time your planning a trip.
Deanne (the Manager) is simply the best! I have dealt with Deanne a number of times since 2013 and her service and attention to detail is outstanding. I would not consider using any other travel consultant to plan and organise my holidays!
Fantastic service, Sarah took great care of me and got me a great price for my flight back to Italy during Christmas. There was basically no price difference between them and buying the ticket online, with the difference that I benefited from Sarah's insights. We managed to tweak a few things around to make my trip more comfortable, which is never possible when you book online. I'll definitely be going back to them for booking my next trip.
If i could give it below zero i would starting from Casandra (assistant manager) at the FC port Melbourne who always trys to get the customer to do her job, i have dealt with her in the past but this was the last straw me, then comes in jono the area manager who covered for Casandra completely and the customer was completely wrong, direct calls to Port Melbourne FC are recorded without prior consent or warning, i am looking at legal avenues for breach of privacy. Stay away go elsewhere or buy tickets Directly from the air line its much easier.
