I have been coming to Flexed for years and I can honestly say that it has changed my life - so integral have these classes become to my fitness regime, I often ask myself, "What do people who dont do Pilates do then? " There is always a positive, casual vibe so all new members are made welcome and Kevin and Rachel have been fantastic additions to the team. Thank you Josh for persevering these few years especially, you are appreciated much more than you know. Please consider inviting Pilates into your life; the benefits are sometimes staggering!
