Fleetwood Primary School

Very happy school, I appreciate that principle every morning stand by the gate and greets children.
Unfortunately we moved, and I missed the school.
Rachel and principal cuss and vice principal are very supportive and friendly.

Quiet, tightly knit and culturally inclusive school. Based in a good area as well safe for drop off and pickup

My children LOVE this school – from the teachers to the students.
Prinicple and Teachers are passionate about seeing their students succeed. They are so great about sharing moments of pride they see within our child – their good behaviors and achievements.
I love all the staff everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable, I’m so glad I made the decision to put my children in this school.

4 of my 7 sons have attended Fleetwood over the past 12 years, with 2 still attending. I've had some positive and not so positive experiences but I'm so glad we persevered! The changes made in the past few years, has really changed the whole vibe of the school.
The teachers and aides are amazing! They are very supportive and more than happy to spend time with you regarding any concerns. Their positive, outgoing attitudes make learning fun, and teaching is met with patience and perseverance.
The current principal and vice principal have been amazing in helping our family advocate and get the additional school supports in place to support the boys current educational needs.
My 13yr old started high school this year and has been selected for the high achievement program in English, I am so proud.but I know that this wouldn't have been possible without such wonderful teachers supporting and encouraging him, throughout his primary school years at Fleetwood Primary School.
P.s the admin staff are pretty amazing too!

Fleetwood has been a great school for my 2 children who are now in their final years there, the teaching staff is amazing and the new principal team is amazing they have created such a great community in the past year.

Our experience of Fleetwood as a family has been fantastic. We've had great interactions with the schools leadership, the teachers, and also admin and support staff. Everyone there seems super dedicated and really invested in the school and the kids wellbeing. We couldn'task for a better school. Really glad to have our kids going there.

This school has been so good for my son the care they show the kids and families is so wonderful to see.

I have had 2 children attend this school - one now in secondary school and another almost finished here. While the school did have a period where its leadership was not at its best the classroom teaching staff and support staff were always amazing. With the current leadership team the school has made great improvements and the staff and students are all noticeably happier. The whole feel of the school is also nicer when you are on the school grounds.

Such a great school all the teachers are amazing and so good with the children, couldn’t choose a better school for my kids!

3 children attending Fleetwood this year. We have found the staff and community to be very supportive and welcoming. Our kids love their teachers and are so happy to see new elements of the school, with the grounds being updated and looking fresh and the curriculum which challenges them but also has a real sense of togetherness, inclusivity and fun. Would certainly recommend this school for local families.

Fantastic school with an amazing principal and wonderful teachers. I have two girls who attend there and they both look forward to going to school each day.

They taught us the same things as year 4s when we were in year 6, and I thought I was really smart and good but when I started high school it turned out that I literally learned nothing from primary school since everyone else knew what they were doing and I had no clue

But at least they put my dog in the newsletter lol

Great school, great staff. My son is very shy and reserved, since he has been attending he is learning so much and has made some nice friends. I am happy he has settled in nicely.

Fleetwood Primary school is such a beautiful school. My daughter enjoyed coming to this school everyday which made going to school easier everyday.
Over her time at the school i have seen so many improvements especially with the current principle. The communication is amazing.
I am sad to say that we are leaving the school as moving to a different location

The AP at this school is brilliant and i cannot praise her high enough however the rest of the school has fallen appart in the last few years.

It was a great school when my kids first started, but unfortunately after a change in many staff it went downhill. Great VP, and some lovely teachers, but there are a lot of issues and concerns. My kids were exposed to some really inappropriate things that have left lasting issues. From students, and sadly, from some adults.

When a primary school worries about the children’s socks and what colour they are more then assisting children who are strugging in class.

Used to be a very good school until the old Principal left and a heap of the great teachers with her. Still a few good teachers remain but frequent lock downs due to violent kids and teachers that half ass their jobs make me glad I took my child elsewhere.
